Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プロペラシャフトと、該プロペラシャフトが貫通してい
    るベアリングハウジングのオイルシールハウジング部と
    の間隙に、オイルシールを嵌装する一方、前記プロペラ
    シャフトの回転力を、該シャフトに嵌合したシャーピン
    を介してプロペラに伝達するよう構成された船外機にお
    いて、前記オイルシールハウジング部の側端部瞬、前記
    オイルシールの側面部を覆うようにオイルシールプロテ
    クターを配設するとともに、該オイルシールプロテクタ
    ーに穿設された、プロペラシャフト貫通用の孔の内周面
    方向に沿って、全周に亘る溝を形成したことを特徴とす
    る船外機。
