Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. それそれ集光レンズおよび複数個の受光素子が配列され
    た撮像面とからなり、左右方向に平行な線上に並設され
    被測定体を撮像する１対の撮像手段と、前記両撮像手段
    を左右方向および上下方向を含む面内でそれぞれの前記
    レンズの中心点を回転中心として回転させる回転手段と
    、前記両撮像手段の重複視野内の前記被測定体表面の複
    数個所に順次スリツヘ光を照射する光源と、前記両撮像
    手段の回転による前記各スリツヘ光ごとのそれぞれの照
    射点の前記両撮像手段により撮像された画像を処理し、
    前記各照射点の三次元画像を導出、測定する画像処理手
    段とを備えた三次元測定装置。
