    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ガイドパイブ２の内部に一定の間隙をおいて測定
    用電極３を設けてなる静電容量型の液位検出装置におい
    て、液位変動範囲の少なくとも一部に上記測定用電極３
    とほぼ同じ断面形状の擬似電極４を付加したことを特徴
    とする液位検出装置１。
  2. （２）測定用電極３およひ擬似電極４の表面、ならびに
    ガイドパイブ２の内面にフッ素樹脂のコーティングを施
    した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の液位検出装
    置１。
