    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基端か検査計器に接続されたコンタクトプローフをフ七
    −ブ保持ボードに貫通装着し、このコンタクトブａ−ブ
    の先端を回路基板の検査点に接触させてその検査を行な
    う回路基板検査装置において、前記コンタクトプローブ
    を、ブローブ保持ボードに設けた孔に基端が摺動自在に
    挿通されたブローブ本体と、このプローブ本体のブロー
    ブ保持ボードから先端側に突出する部分に装着されプロ
    ーブ本体を先端側に押圧付勢するスプリングと、前記検
    査計器に接続されプローブ本体のプローブ保持ボードか
    ら基端側に突出部分に着脱可能に装着されてブローフ本
    体のブローフ保持ポートからの抜け止めを行う接Ｘｉ２
    子とから構成したことを特徴どする回路基板検査装置。
