    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 揚物材料を搬送するコンベヤと、このコンベヤ方向にパ
    ン粉を供給してその揚物材料にパン粉を付着させるパン
    粉供給部と、前記コンベヤ方向に供給されたパン粉の内
    の残余のパン粉を貯留する貯留部と、この貯留部より上
    方に位置して設けられ且つ真空ポンプに連通されて内部
    が真空状態にされることにより前記貯留部内のパン粉を
    回収する回収部と、この回収部に設けられ非作動時には
    該回収部を閉塞状態とし作動時には回収部内のパン粉を
    パン粉供給部に供給する開閉暮とを具備してなる揚物用
    のパン粉付装置。
