成したポットの栓体であって、前記弁体２１の上方に止

１を上下動自在に挿貫係合する弁体作動筒１６の上端部
を梱鉢状の傾斜面２２に形成して、前記操作釦１８によ
り弁体２１が下動したとき、それら止水パッキン２３と
傾斜面２２とが当接係合するよう構成したことを特徴と
