Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野１ この発明は、安全ロック付き容器に関する。
［従来の技術１ 通常、瞬間接着剤、薬等の容器は、螺合、嵌合等の手段
によって封止されている。
ところで、各種容器に収容された内容物には、幼児が口
に入れたり、接触することによって幼児に害を及ぼすも
のが少なくない、幼児は、容器の表面等に表示された注
意事項を判別することができず、大人の目の届かない処
で誤って容器を開け、内容物と接触する可能性が非常に
高い。
［発明が解決しようとする問題点１ 従来の容器を封止するために用いられている蓋、キャッ
プ等は、上に述べたように、螺合、嵌合等によって容器
を封止しており、幼児がいたずらにこれを弄んでいる際
に比較的容易に容器本体から離脱し、上記の危険が発生
する。
したがって、この発明の目的は、幼児が誤って開けるこ
とができないように構成した、安全ロック付き容器を提
供するとのにある。
［問題点を解決するための手段］ すなわち、この発明によれば、上記問題点は、円筒状容
器本体と、該容器本体の先端に設けられ、該容器内容物
の導通路を構成する中空円筒体と、該容器本体にかけて
該円筒体を覆って着脱自在に設けられるキャップとから
なる容器において、該円筒体に雄ネジを形成し、該キャ
ップ内壁内に該雄ネジと対応する酸ネジを設け、該キャ
ップの開放端部に内側に向けて突出する複数個の爪部を
形成し、該容器本体先端部に該キャップを取り付けたと
きに該爪部と係合する切欠部を設けることによって解決
される。
上記この発明の安全ロック付き容器において。
該キャップを取り付けたとき該爪部と該切欠部とを係合
させてロック機構を構成し、該キャップを該容器本体方
向にさらに押し込んで該ロック機構を解除するとともに
該キャップを回転させて該爪部を該切欠部からそらし、
その状態で該キャップを該容器本体とは反対方向に引く
ことにより該雄ネジを該酸ネジと係合させるとともに該
キャップを回転しながら該キャップを該容器本体から外
す。
［実施例］ 以下、この発明を図面に沿って詳しく説明する。
添付図面に示すように、この発明の安全ロック付き容器
は、図示しない内容物を収容するための有底中空円筒状
容器本体１１を備えている。この容器本体１１内と連通
してその先端面には、容器本体１１内容物を出入れする
ための通路を構成する中空円筒体１５が一体に設けられ
ている。
容器本体ｌｌの先端からやや離れたところの容器本体周
壁内には、複数個例えば２個ないし４個の切欠部１２．
１３．１４が設けられている。これら切欠部は、符合１
３で見られるように、それぞれ平面は一辺が容器本体１
！先端面と平行な三角形であり、そ、め三角形面は符合
１２および１４で見られるように、容器本体１１の先端
に向って下降・傾斜している。その結果、切欠部の上記
三角形面と容器本体周壁との間に垂直な壁面１２ａ、　
１３ａおよび１４ａが構成される。また、円筒体１５の
先端部分には、雄ネジ１８および１７が形成されている
。
容器本体１１およびそれに連通して一体に設けられた円
筒体１５を覆い冠して、有底円筒状キャップ１８が着脱
自在に設けられている。このキャップの内周壁には、円
筒体１５に設けられた雄ネジ１８および１７に対応しこ
れらと螺合する酸ネジ２１および２２が形成されている
。
キャップ１８の開放端部は、容器本体１１の外径よりも
やや大きな内径を有し薄肉部１８ａを構成していてその
部分の弾性変形を可能にしている。その先端部には、容
器本体１１に設けられている切欠部１２．１３．１４と
同数の爪部１８．２０が内側に向けて形成されていて、
この爪部１９．２０は、切欠部１２．１３．１４と係合
し係止される形状となっている。また、キャップ１８の
爪部１８および２０から閉鎖端までのの内部長は、キャ
ップ１Ｂを容器方向に押し込んでキャップ１８の閉鎖端
が円筒体１５の先端１５ａに当接したときに爪部１８お
よび２０と切欠部１２．１３．１４との係合状態が解除
されるような長さである。また、爪部１Ｂ、２０の高さ
は酸ネジの高さよりも高くすると都合がよい。
なお、キャップ１８は、全体を硬質プラスチック等で形
成できる。
［発明の作用］ 以上述べたこの発明の安全ロック付き容器において、キ
ャップ１８による容器の通常の被冠は、キャップの爪部
１８．２０が容器本体の切欠部１２．１３．１４に嵌合
し係合状態にありロック機構が構成される。この状態で
は、キャップ１８を容器から取り外そうとしても、取り
外すことはできない。
キャップ！８を容器から取り外すときは、まず、図中２
点鎖線で示すように、キャップ１８を容器方向にさらに
押し込んで閉鎖端内面を円筒体１５の先端に当接させる
。こうして、切欠部１２．１３．１４と爪部１９．２０
の係合が外れ、キャップ１８の薄肉部１８ａが゛その弾
性により拡径し、爪部１８．２０の先端は、容器本体１
１の平坦な周面上に乗る。
ｈ記のように、爪部１８．２０と切欠部１２．１３．１
４との保合を解除した状態でキャップ１８を回転させ、
爪部１８．２０を切欠部１２．１３、！４からそらす。
この状態でキャップ１８を容器本体１１とは反対方向に
引いてゆくと、酸ネジ２１．２２が雄ネジ１６．１７に
螺合する。そこで、キャップ１８を容器本体１１とは反
対方向に引くように回転させると、キャップ１８が外れ
る。
［発明の効果］ 以ト述べたように、この発明の安全ロック付き容器は、
キャップを簡単に取りつけることはできるが、容易にこ
れを取り外すことができない、したがって、幼児がこれ
を弄んでも、キャップが外れることがなく安全である。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 円筒状容器本体と、該容器本体の先端に設けられ、該容
    器内容物の導通路を構成する中空円筒体と、該容器本体
    にかけて該円筒体を覆って着脱自在に設けられたキャッ
    プと、該円筒体に形成された雄ネジと、該キャップ内壁
    内に設けられ、該雄ネジと対応する雌ネジと、該キャッ
    プの開放端部に形成された、内側に向けて突出する複数
    個の爪部と、該容器本体先端部に形成され、該キャップ
    を取り付けたときに該爪部と係合する切欠部とを具備し
    てなり、該キャップを取り付けたとき該爪部と該切欠部
    とを係合させてロック機構を構成し、該キャップを該容
    器本体方向にさらに押し込んで該ロック機構を解除する
    とともに該キャップを回転させて該爪部を該切欠部から
    そらし、その状態で該キャップを該容器本体とは反対方
    向に引くことにより該雄ネジを該雌ネジと係合させると
    ともに該キャップを回転しながら該キャップを該容器本
    体から外すことを特徴とする安全ロック付き容器。
