    上のスクリューがセラミック部材にて作られておりかつ
    、セラミック製スクリューの歯形の断面形状が歯のピッ
    チ円周上の歯巾より、歯元の歯巾が広いことを特徴とす
    るスクリ子一ポンプ。 ２ スクリューポンプのセラミックスクリューがジルコ
    ニア又はアルミナのいずれかより成る特許請求の範囲第
    １項記載のスクリューポンプ。 ３ セラミックスクリューポンプのケース内に挿入した
    一体以上のセラミックスクリューと対向したケース部分
    をセラミック製のライナーにて被覆した特許請求の範囲
    第１項記載のスクリューポンプ。 ４ スクリューポンプのセラミックスクリューと対向配
    設されたライナーがジルコニア又ハアルミナのいずれか
