Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 垂直な回転軸に支承された試料台を有するウエハ処理装
    置において、前記の回転軸を管状に構成してその中空部
    に突上ピンを摺動自在に嵌合すると共に、該突上ピンの
    上端に、試料台表面から突出、収納可能なウエハ支承部
    を設けて、この突上ピンが上昇摺動したとき試料台上の
    ウエハを持ち上げ、かつ該突上ピンが下降摺動すると持
    ち上げていたウエハを試料台上に戴置するように構成し
    、更に、上記の上昇摺動点及び下降摺動の途中で該突上
    ピンを一時的に停止せしめて支持しているウエハを試料
    台から０．１票〜２抽離間せしめた状態に保持し得るよ
    うに構成したことを特徴とする、ウエハ処理装置のウエ
    ハロード機構。
