。In the coil rotation drive device R, 261- is a chuck portion that grips the coil 25 sent out from the wire wrapping device C. This chuck portion 26Fi is composed of a pair of rollers 31 and 32 attached to a circular support plate 30 fixed coaxially with a tube shaft 29 supported by bearings 27 and 28. Both rollers 31 and 32 are supported in the radial direction of the tube shaft 29 by shafts 31a and 32a that are elastically biased toward the axis of the tube shaft 29, so that they can elastically clamp the coil 25, and can also hold the coil 25 in place. It is adapted to rotate in the axial direction of the shaft 29. Further, both rollers 31 and 32 are arranged symmetrically about the axis of the tube shaft 29. 34 is a pulley fixed to the tube shaft 29. The tube shaft 29, and therefore the chuck portion 26 integral therewith, is configured to rotate synchronously with the coiling shaft 15 by the third reduction belt transmission portion v3. tube shaft 29
The hole 29ai in the middle is a guide hole through which the coil 25 is sent out while being guided by the guide rollers 16, 17 and is gripped by the chuck part 26 out of the device.

There is a problem in that positioning requires time and skill. This is especially true when three guide rollers are provided.

This is because these chucks also have the same function as the chuck section 26 described above. Although not shown, there is also a coiling shaft 15 with a taper (with a larger diameter on the coil rotation drive device side), but this also has the above-mentioned problems. . In other words, when the wire 18 is wound around the tapered coiling shaft, contact resistance occurs between the coiling shaft and the tapered coiling shaft.
There is no need to roughly rotate the extruded coil to increase the adhesion between the coil and the coiling shaft, and the coil can be rolled up simply by driving the coiling shaft. However, when the length of the coil exceeds a certain length, the contact resistance of the taper part decreases relatively due to the load, so the chuck 826, I:, or the scroll chuck, or the drill chuck described above is used to drive the coil auxiliarily. It will have to be rotated. However, if this auxiliary driving rotation was performed, the brake would not be applied to the coil that would tend to slip in the axial direction, resulting in the problem of damage to the bearing as described above.

。That is, the coiling device of the present invention rotates relatively between a coiling shaft rotated by a drive device and an inclined axis that is fitted onto the coiling shaft and intersects the axis at a slight angle of inclination. A wire guide tube whose side end face perpendicular to the axis serves as a guide surface for the wire to be wound around the coiling shaft, and a presser foot that presses the wire spirally wound around the coiling shaft from the outside along the guide surface of the wire rod guide surface. a wire rod winding device equipped with a roller; and a coil rotation drive device equipped with a chuck section that grips a coil of wire wound around the coiling shaft and sent out, and rotates it in synchronization with the coiling shaft by the drive device. , the coiling shaft and the chuck part are configured in the same way as the drive device described above for synchronous rotation.

The wire rod 18 is wound around the wire rod 18 by rotating synchronously with the wire rod 18. At this time, the wire rod 18i1t is wound with its lateral side surface being guided by the guide surface f of the wire rod guide tube 41 and its outer surface being pressed by the press roller 33.

、こうした問題は解決できる。As a result, the close contact between the coil 25 and the coiling shaft 15 is maintained, and a constant frictional resistance is always generated between the coil 25 and the coiling shaft 15, so that the winding of the wire 18 is always performed reliably. The wire rod guide tube 41 tries to push out the coil 25 against the gripping force of the chuck part 46 that tries to drive and rotate the fill 25, so it applies a large load, that is, a thrust load, in the direction of the coiling axis 15. I will receive it. However, the bearing 43 of the wire guide tube 41
Haha, it will receive a load in the thrust direction, and since the bearing 43 has a structure that can absorb the load from the thrust direction rather than the load from the radial direction, it can sufficiently withstand the thrust load. be able to. Therefore, although the conventional bearings 23 and 24 of the guide rollers 16 and 17 were sometimes damaged due to receiving loads in the radial direction, this problem can be solved by the wire guide tube 41.

Therefore, in order to spirally guide the wire 18, as in the conventional case, the guide roller 16.1 is

Since the assembly is structured without any cracks, there is no possibility that the bearing 43 or the guide surface f portion will become contaminated with dust and cause functional deterioration, making it easier to repair and manage the device.

。。As explained above, according to the present invention, a wire guide cylinder is fitted onto the coiling shaft and rotates relatively at an inclined axis that intersects the rotation axis at a slight angle of inclination, and the wire is guided by the guide surface of the wire guide tube. Since the wire guide mechanism is provided, it is possible to obtain a coiling device that has a simple structure, is free from damage, and is easy to repair. .
