    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 鍋蓋の内周縁に鍋本体の上縁とのすきまを密封する環状
    のパッキングを嵌着し、蓋の第１の取っ手に先端をパッ
    キングの外周面に当接可能で、かつ出没自在の残圧排出
    用の突出ピンを取付けた両手式圧力鍋において、突出ピ
    ン取付部分から蓋の第２の取っ手の取付部分に通ずる空
    所をパッキングと蓋の間に形成し、かつ第２の取っ手に
    蓋を経由して該空所に開口する通気孔を設けたことを特
    徴とする両手式圧力鍋の残圧排出装置。
