    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 溝を設けた金属ブロックの平坦面と相手金属ブロックの
    平坦面とを弾性パッキングを介在させて圧着した結果前
    記弾性パッキンの前記溝内へのはみ出しにより溝の角隅
    部に残されたすき間と、このすき間に通じるように設け
    た小孔とて形成したことを特徴とするガスクロマトグラ
    フ用ガス流路。
