ＴＨｌは赤外線検知用サーミスタチップ、ＴＨ２は温度
補正用サーミスタチップ、Ａ１〜Ａ４は増幅器、ＯＰは
演算増幅器、Ｒ１〜ＲＩＯは抵抗、■Ｒは可変抵抗、Ｄ

Claims (1)
赤外線検知用サーミスタに直列に接続された第１の抵抗
と前記温度補正用サーミスタに直列に接続された第２の
抵抗とからなるブリッジ回路のブリッジ不平衡電圧に基
づいて前記赤外線検知用サーミスタに照射された赤外線
を検出する赤外線検出回路に於いて、前記ブリッジ不平
衡電圧を増幅する第１の増幅器と、前記第２の抵抗の端
子電圧を増幅する第２の増幅器と、該第２の増幅器の出
力電圧を増幅する折線特性を有する第３の増幅器と、前
記第１、第２、第３の増幅器の出力電圧を加算する加算
