Claims (1)
- ワーク取付け治具上に、ワークをクランプするクランプ
爪を備えた作動シリンダを複数台設置して成るワークク
ランプ装置において、前記複数台の作動シリンダと流体
供給源とを結ぶ流体回路に、各作動シリンダの作動流量
を検知して夫々の作動を制御する作動瀉量検知手段を設
けたことを特徴とするワーククランプ装置。
