As shown in FIG. 1, the liquid fuel combustion apparatus consists of an oil storage tank A and a combustion apparatus C connected through an oil pipe B. However, such a device has a problem in that the fuel in the oil storage tank A usually contains foreign matter and moisture. The contents of this foreign object vary, such as earth and sand, metal powder, etc., but accidents caused by foreign objects, i.e., solid objects, can cause blockage of pipes, malfunction of valves and other equipment, rust due to moisture, ignition failure, and emergency accidents. Fire extinguishment and incomplete combustion occur. Moreover, accidents will occur from now on when fuel supply work is performed. In other words, foreign matter in a lifetime oil storage tank is evenly distributed on the floor, and it is common knowledge that the installation position of the oil feed pipe to the combustion equipment should open slightly above the floor, so foreign matter cannot be inhaled. Therefore, accidents are less likely to occur. However, when the fuel falls forcefully from the injection port, the foreign matter that had been sitting still on the bottom of the oil storage tank is thrown up and disturbed, causing it to float in the fuel and contaminate the combustion equipment for a considerable period of time until it settles on the bottom. will continue to send fuel.

In order to solve this problem, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, filters G and H are installed at the inlet D and outlet pipe F.
Measures have been taken to remove accumulated foreign matter by installing stopcocks on the bottom or lower side of the oil storage tank.

However, in the case of Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the filters G and H must be cleaned frequently, and if the filters G and H are forgotten to be installed or damaged, or foreign matter attached to the filters G and H must be cleaned. If you neglect to remove it, it will cause a blockage and prevent smooth lubrication. Since the filters G and H have the problem of frequent cleaning, there are even cases where the filters G and H are deliberately removed and used daily without being cleaned. Furthermore, if the precipitated foreign matter is periodically discharged using a stopcock, it is thought that accidents caused by foreign matter can be reduced to some extent, but there is no guarantee that the user will carry out this operation reliably, and furthermore, the foreign matter may be removed from the vicinity of the stopcock. It must be said that it is difficult to reliably prevent accidents using this method, as the vehicle is not always located at the same location.

Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to prevent foreign matter, water, etc. contained in oil from being supplied to the liquid fuel combustion device, and to ensure smooth operation and ease of maintenance of the liquid fuel combustion device. The objective is to provide an oil storage tank that can be used.

An embodiment of this invention is shown in FIGS. 4 to 6. That is, this oil storage tank has an inlet 3 formed at the center of the upper end 1a and an outlet 4 formed at the lower end of the side plate 1b.
A tank main body 1 having a shape of 1, and a cap shape having a top located at a position corresponding to the injection port 3 provided above inside the tank main body 1, the entire peripheral edge 12a being close to the inner surface of the tank main body 1. The guide body 12 is provided with a guide body 12, and the oil dropped from the injection port 3 onto the top of the guide body 12 is transferred to the peripheral edge 12 of the guide body 12.
The water is caused to flow down the entire inner surface of the tank body 1 from a point a.

The guide body 12 is attached to the tank body 1 by a holder 13.
It is attached to the upper end 1a of the. As shown in FIG. 6, the oil P that has fallen onto the top of the guide body 12 is transferred from the upper surface of the shade-shaped guide body 12 to the peripheral edge 12a.
It spreads to the side plate 1b which is close to the peripheral edge 12a of the guide body 12 and is transmitted from the peripheral edge 12a.

FIG. 6 shows the oil supply state, in which the oil P supplied from the oil supply hose 11 into the tank body 1 spreads from the top of the guide body 12 to the peripheral edge 12a, and is transmitted along the side plate 1b of the tank body 1, as described above. It flows down to the bottom 1c. The energy generated when the oil P flows down causes a convection X in which the periphery of the bottom part 1c descends and the center of the bottom part 1c rises. Therefore, foreign matter, water, etc. contained in the oil P are collected in the center as shown by the black circle in FIG. 6 without being accumulated around the bottom portion 1c. Even if the refueling stops, there is no other tank body 1.
Unless an external force such as shaking is applied, the foreign objects will remain in this position and will not be thrown up and disturbed during the next refueling. Therefore, even if oil is poured out from the spout 4 after refueling, clean oil P can always be supplied to the liquid fuel combustion device. Further, since foreign matter is collected in the center of the bottom portion 1c, the foreign matter can be easily discharged from the discharge pipe 7. Furthermore, even if a filter is provided in the middle of the oil feed pipe 5, the frequency of cleaning the filter will be reduced, making maintenance easier, and the liquid fuel combustion device can be completely prevented from foreign matter.

As described above, the oil storage tank of this invention includes a tank body in which an inlet is formed in the center of the upper end and an outlet in the lower end of the side plate, and a tank body that is provided above the inside of the tank body and has an inlet formed in the lower end of the side plate. The guide body is provided with a guide body that has a cap shape with a top at a corresponding position and whose entire peripheral edge is close to the inner surface of the tank main body, and the oil dropped from the inlet to the top of the guide body is collected from the guide body. Since the water is caused to flow downward from the peripheral edge to the entire inner surface of the tank body, the following effects can be obtained.

That is, since foreign matter, water, etc. are collected in the center of the bottom plate by the convection of the oil flowing down to the bottom plate of the tank body, it is possible to prevent foreign matter, etc. from flowing out from the spout even after refueling. Therefore, it is possible to prevent foreign matter, water, etc. contained in the oil from being supplied to the liquid fuel combustion device, thereby ensuring smooth operation and ease of maintenance of the liquid fuel combustion device.
