Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 用紙搬送路を境にして、一方側にアパーチュア形螢光ラ
    ンプおよび基準用受光素子を、他方側に検出用受光素子
    をそれぞれ配設するとともに、上記基準用受光素子およ
    び上記検出用受光素子に上記アバーチュア形螢光ランプ
    の光を入射させ、上記基準用受光素子と上記検出用受光
    素子との出力を相対比較することによって、上記用紙搬
    送路における用紙の有無を検出する用紙検出装置におい
    て、上記検出用受光素子と上記アパーチュア形螢光ラン
    プとを結ぶ線をアパーチュア形螢光ランプの母線に沿っ
    て移動して形成される平面上に、上記基準用受光素子を
    位置させたことを特徴とする用紙検出装置。
