の係止部を一端側に有するとともに、他端側に断
面形状略Uの字状の溝を形成のバー接続用連設部
を有する二つのジヨイントと、前記ジヨイントの
Uの字状溝の幅と略等しい横幅をもち、かつその
中心部に長手方向に沿つて雌ねじ孔が形成されて
いるとともに、長手方向一端寄り位置にピン挿通
用貫通孔が形成されている二つの接続子ならび
に、両端部に各々前記雌ねじ孔に螺合可能な雄ね
じが形成されている単一ロツド状の中間バーとか
らなるジヨイント式型枠用セパレータの全体長さ
を調整自在に構成してある構造に関する。

このものはコンクリート打設位置が一定の間隔の
ものである場合には引張り強度等の機械強度が極
めて大で、型枠への組込みも容易であり、コンク
リート打設荷重に抗して相対向する型枠間隔を一
定に確保し易い点で極めて優れたものである。し
かしながら砂防壁や防波堤のように、コンクリー
ト打設間隔において下方が広幅で上方が狭幅とな
るような断面台形状のようなコンクリート壁を作
る場合は、セパレータとして長さの異なる多種類
のものを製造し使用しなければならず、コスト的
に非常に不利であるばかりでなく、型枠の組立て
に当つて遂一必要長さのものを選択しなければな
らないという面倒があつた。そこで、本出願人は
このような欠点を解決するものとして、実願昭51
―148385号(実公昭55―44117号)明細書にみら
れる如く、コンクリート型枠の相互接端面間に一
端側を挟持介在させ、他端側をコンクリート打設
位置側に突出位置させる二つのジヨイントと、両
ジヨイントを接続するための中間部材ならびに、
帯状の板材を用いて長手方向に沿う凹条とした補
強凹部を有する形状とした中間部材の少くともそ
の両端側位置において、長手方向に沿つて所定間
隔隔てた複数個のジヨイントへの接続用連結ピン
挿通孔を形成した中間接続金具とに区分した構造
のものを、考案し出願した。しかしながら、この
先出願のセパレータでは、前記中間接続金具の前
記ピン挿通孔が連結ピン挿通に必要な大きさとし
なければならないこと、連結ピンは所要破断強度
を確保する必要性から相当大きな直径を有するも
のでなければならないため、それに伴なつてピン
挿通孔も相当に大径のものにしなければならない
こと、ピン挿通孔間の間隔は連結ピンにかかる強
度を負担するに足りる強度を有する広いものであ
る必要性があること等の理由から、小径の孔を小
ピツチ間隔で形成することはできず、大径の孔を
その孔径以上のピツチ間隔を保つて形成する必要

タ全体長さの調整が前記孔の間隔ピツチを最小単
位とする有段階調整に限られ、どうしても対向型

意の一つと前記二つの接続子夫々のピン挿通用貫
通孔とを合致させて両孔にピンを挿通させること
により、前記ピン挿通用貫通孔のピツチを単位と
してセパレータ全体長さを有段階に調整可能と
し、また前記二つの接続子の雌ねじ孔と前記中間
バー両端の雄ねじとの螺合代調節により、前記ピ
ン挿通用貫通孔のピツチ範囲に亘つてセパレータ
全体の長さを調整可能に構成してあるという点に
特徴を有するものである。
