配設された走行用レール、上記走行用レール上に装架さ
れた走行台車、同走行台車を前進及び後退させる台車駆
動装置、給気源に連通されかつ上記走行台車上に廻動自
在に支持された基部ダクトと同基部ダクトから延在し自
由端部に給気吹出口を具えた延長ダクトとからなる給気
側スウイングダクト、排気源に連通されかつ上記走行台
車上に廻動自在に支持された基部ダクトと同基部ダクト
から延在し自由端部に排気吸込口を具えた延長ダクトと
からなる排気側スウイングダクト、及び上記給気側スウ
イングダクトと排気側スウィングダクトを夫々給気吹出
口及び排気吸込口が上記車両構造物の開口に対向せしめ
られる下降位置と同車両構造物から離隔した上昇位置の
何れかに駆動するダクト駆動装置を具備してなることを
