Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、食品容器、即ち、容器が、はぼ長方形の底部
とほぼ長方形の開口まで拡大的に傾斜する側壁とを有し
ており、容器上部に当該容器の開口を包囲する長方形輪
郭の水平突出縁とこの縁の上方に側壁の延長として延び
る鉛直突出端とが設けられており、当該容器が蓋を備え
ており、前記直が水平突出縁と鉛直突出端とを有してお
り、蓋の鉛直突出端は蓋の突出縁の下方に配置されて容
器の鉛直突出端の周囲に嵌合するように構成されており
、容器の鉛直突出端と蓋の鉛直突出端とが実質的に等し
い高さを有するように構成された食品容器に係る。
この種の容器はフランス特許第８０−’２１５６５号に
記載されている。
この種の容器は、容器充填後に外部から液体が入らない
ように密閉性が良い。
更に、つまみを持たないにも拘わらず蓋が容器から取外
し易い。つまみがあると蓋を清潔にするのがカドしいこ
とは明らかであろう。
容器内の食品の保存を良くするには、食品の種類に応じ
て通気を極度に少なくしたり十分に多くしたりする必要
がある。
即ち生野菜又は調理野菜では通気が少ないのが好ましく
生肉では十分な通気が必要である。
本発明の容器は、１つの蓋で２種類の通気を可能にする
ために、容器の少なくとも２つの側面で容器の鉛直突出
端がノツチを備えていること、及び、蓋の鉛直突出端が
蓋の１つの位置で前記ノツチと向い合い蓋の別の位置で
前記ノツチと向い合わない切込み部を備えており前記切
込み部は外側にずらして設けられており前記切込み部の
下端面はノツチの底面より低く容器の水平突出縁より高
い位置に存在することを特徴とする。
従って切込み部がノツチと向い合うときは切込み部の下
端面と容器の突出縁との間からノツチ内に空気の流通が
生じる。逆に切込み部がノツチと向い合っていないとき
は蓋の鉛直突出端と容器の突出縁との間からの漏れによ
り軽度の空気の流通が生じる。
本発明の改良によれば、蓋の下面が鉛直突出端に平行な
鉛直リブを備えており、前記リブは凝縮水を保持して蓋
が通気少の位置のときには容器の突出縁と蓋との間が凝
縮水に上って封鎖されることを阻止し蓋が通気多の位置
のときには保存食品の早すぎる脱水を阻止する。
本発明の別の改良によれば、蓋の上面は、蓋を一周し１
箇所で中断された隆起を有しており、前記隆起は容器の
底面より大きく且つ蓋の下面の突出端とリブとの中間の
大きさの長方形に沿って配置されており、従って蓋と蓋
及び容器と蓋とを互いに重ね合せることが可能である。
従−）て、一方では、種々の容器の積重ねが可能であり
、他方では、容器と蓋との積重ね及び蓋と蓋との積重ね
が可能である。
本発明を添付図面に基づいてより詳細に説明する。
容器１は蓋２を備える（第１図参照）。
容器１は長方形の平坦底面３と底面から拡大する側壁４
とを有しており長方形底面の角に丸みがつけられている
（第４図及び第５図参照）。
側壁４の上部は水平突出縁５で包囲されている。
側壁４の延長上に鉛直突出端６が設けられており、該鉛
直突出端は丸みのついた角をもつ長方形の開ロアを形成
している。
鉛直突出端６は開ロアの各側面にノツチ１２を備えてお
り該ノツチの底面１３は水平である。短い側面のノツチ
１２は容器１の長手方向軸に対して同じ側に設けられて
おり長い側面のノツチ１２は容器１の横断軸に対して同
じ側に設けられている。
蓋２（第６図及び第７図）は蓋２を容器１に載せたとき
に突出縁５の真上に重なる突出縁８を備える。
蓋２の下面１４はほぼ平坦であり鉛直突出端９を備える
。鉛直突出端９は鉛直突出端６と実質的に等しい高さを
有しており、蓋を容器に載せたときに鉛直突出端６の周
囲（丘嵌合する（第１図及第９図）。
更に、下面１４は鉛直突出端９に平行で該鉛直突出端９
から内側方向に離間したリブ１５を有しており、該リブ
は下面１４に形成される凝縮水を保持する。該リブの長
さは鉛直突出端より短い。
蓋２の上部に隆起１０が設けられており隆起１０は容器
１の底面３及びリブ１５の夫々より大きく蓋２の下面の
鉛直突出端９より小さい長方形に沿って蓋を一周してい
る。
蓋２の水切りを容易にするために隆起１０は（図示しな
い）箇所１１で角度をつけて中断されている。
従って、容器１の底面が隆起の内部に維持されるので該
底面を蓋に載置し得る。また、下側の蓋の隆起１０を上
側の蓋の鉛直突出端９とリブ１５との間に嵌合して２つ
の蓋を互いに重ね合せることが可能である。
鉛直突出端９は４つの切込み部１６を備える。切込み部
１６は外側にずらして設けられており、蓋２の１つの位
置ではノツチ１２と向い合っている（第１１２．３及び
８図参照）。
切込み部１６の下端面１７は協働するノツチ１２の底面
１３より低く容器１の突出縁５より高い位置に存在する
。
従って、蓋のこの位置で空気は切込み部１６の下端面１
７と突出縁５との間を通過しノツチ１２に入る（第３図
参照）。
これに反して切込み部ｉ６以外の部分では蓋２の下端面
１４と突出端６及び突出縁５と突出端９とが空気を少し
しか逃がさない（第２図参照）。
４つの切込み部１６が４つのノツチ１２に向い径って存
在すると多量の空気の流通が生じる。切込み部１６の下
端面１７がノツチ１２の底面より低いので外部から液体
が入らないようになっている。
蓋２を第２の位置に移すには（第９．１０．１１及び１
２図参照）、蓋２を１８０°回転させるだけでよい（第
１３図参照）。
２つの位置を判別するために容器にマーク１８、Ｍ２に
マーク１９を付ける（第８．１２及び１３図参照）。
第２位置でマークは互いに対向している（第１２図参照
）。
ノツチ１２は鉛直突出端９と向い合っており（第１２図
参照）、切込み部１６は鉛直突出端６と向い合っている
。従ってこの位置では通気が少ない。
鉛直突出端６に４つの肥厚部分２０を設けてもよい。
肥厚部分２０は鉛直突出端９の肥厚部分２１と協働して
蓋２を容器１に締付ける。
記載の容器は長方形であるが容器が正方形でもよい。正
方形容器の場合には第２位置（通気少）にするために第
１位置（通気多）から９０’回転させるとよい。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）容器がほぼ長方形の底部とほぼ長方形の開口まで
    拡大的に傾斜する側壁とを有しており、容器上部に当該
    容器の開口を包囲する長方形輪郭の水平突出縁と該突出
    縁の上方に側壁の延長として延びる鉛直突出端とが設け
    られており、当該容器が蓋を備えており、前記蓋が水平
    突出縁と鉛直突出端とを有しており、蓋の鉛直突出端は
    蓋の突出縁の下方に配置されて容器の鉛直突出端の周囲
    に嵌合するように構成されており、容器の鉛直突出端と
    蓋の鉛直突出端とが実質的に等しい高さを有するように
    構成された容器であって、容器の少なくとも２つの側面
    で容器の鉛直突出端がノッチを備えていること、及び、
    蓋の鉛直突出端が、蓋の１つの位置で前記ノッチと向い
    合い蓋の別の位置で前記ノッチと向い合わない切込み部
    を備えており、前記切込み部は外側にずらして設けられ
    ており、前記切込み部の下端面はノッチの底面より低く
    容器の水平突出縁より高い位置に存在することを特徴と
    する食品容器。
  2. （２）蓋の下面が、蓋の鉛直突出端の内部に該鉛直突出
    端に平行なリブを備えていることを特徴とする特許請求
    の範囲第１項に記載の食品容器。
  3. （３）蓋の上面は、蓋を一周し１箇所で中断された隆起
    を有しており、前記隆起は容器の底面より大きく且つ蓋
    の下面の鉛直突出端とリブとの中間の大きさの長方形に
    沿って配置されており、従って蓋と蓋及び容器と蓋とを
    互いに重ね合せることが可能であることを特徴とする特
    許請求の範囲第２項に記載の食品容器。
