拡大シールド掘削工法を提案した。(Prior Art) In order to expand the diameter of an existing tunnel, the present applicant previously applied for Japanese Patent Application No. 57-215.332 by installing guide rings along the circumferential direction at both ends of the area to be expanded in the existing tunnel. A part of the shield segment between them is peeled off in a straight line, and the ground in the peeled part is expanded and excavated to form a base cavity. We have proposed an expansion shield excavation method in which the excavator is expanded by engaging engaging pieces provided on both sides and moving the excavator forward along the guide ring.

There were problems that caused difficulties in the installation.

A shield excavator (6) for outer circumferential excavation is engaged with the guide ring (3) (3) formed in the guide ring (3) (3) via the retaining piece (5) (5), and the same guide ring (3) (3) Excavation 1 (B) is carried out by connecting the secondary segment (7) that is engaged with the front and back through a retaining piece (not shown) and pressurizing the back surface of the secondary segment (7) with a jack (8). By sequentially excavating in the circumferential direction of the tunnel (1) along the guide ring (3) (3), and successively fixing the secondary segments (7) in tangent to the excavating machine (6). Now forms an expanding tunnel. (9) in the figure shows the concrete inside the tunnel (1).

Shield segments (2a) (2) at both ends of the planned expansion area
Since it is formed by the assembly of a), it is possible to eliminate the complexity of separately arranging the guide ring as in the above-mentioned earlier application, and to significantly simplify the assembly work, and the above-mentioned separate guide ring However, in the case of the present invention, the existing segments between the rings (3) (3) must be dismantled as the shield excavator (8) excavates. (2)■
Not only does it not require the dismantling of ..., but by not dismantling it, it is possible to maintain the structural safety of the ring of segments, and there is no need to reinforce the segments when enlarging the excavation using conventional excavators. It has the effect of
