  1. 制御極付半導体素子の縦続回路において、最終段を除く
    各電圧バランス用抵抗器と並列にダイオードを接続する
    と共に、該ダイオードの初段のダイオードを順バイアス
    電源に接続したことを特徴とする制御極付半導体素子の
    縦続回路。
