たので、耕耘ロータリで耕耘するとともに、成形
体で畝立し、その全面を繰出したフイルムで被覆
してこれを畝の畝溝部において押え輪で押え、さ
らにカバー体によつて誘導された耕耘土の一部を
その途中で導入してこれを上記押え輪で押えた畝
溝のフイルム上に導出落下しこの耕耘土によつて
フイルムを確実に押え付けることができ、したが
つて耕耘、畝立、フイルムの敷設、フイルムの土
押えの全作業を1作業行程で連続的に行うことが
でき、全体的に作業効率を大巾に向上することが
できるものである。
