と異なり、硬く焼き上げることが出来る。 In addition, the product of this invention is hygienic because it can be used only once, and since it is baked hard, it can be used without deforming until you finish drinking a cup of coffee, tea, etc. In the present invention, the front side is white and the back side is baked a golden brown, that is, it is baked better than the front side, so it has less water absorption and therefore lasts a relatively long time, and the colors are different, giving it a rich sense of color. The contrast of colors allows you to enjoy drinking coffee and tea. This invention can perform the same role as a conventional metal spoon when dissolving and mixing sugar, milk, etc. into coffee, tea, etc., and also absorbs some moisture, making it easier to eat as a confectionery after a few minutes. It is effective, and since it uses non-glutinous rice flour as part of the raw material, it can be baked hard, unlike biscuits, hardtack, etc. made from wheat flour.
