Since it is harmful to the human body, it is collected to improve the working environment. Various collection methods have been developed, but as mentioned above, the particles of fume are too fine, and at the same time, the amount of fume generated is particularly large during cutting operations, so collection and separation, that is, dust collection, is extremely difficult. It's troublesome dust.

Therefore, there is a problem in that the dust collector must be made larger than necessary. Furthermore, the current practice is to attach powder as a filter aid to the bag filter mentioned above and allow the filter aid to collect the fume, but while this method has an excellent collection effect, it , the amount of filter aid used is large, and its handling is very troublesome.

Electrostatic dust collectors have been developed that periodically brush off the fumes and collect them in a bag filter, but these dust collectors regularly and reliably remove the fumes attached to the electrodes. need to be cleaned.

In this case, the amount of fume attached to the electrode is smaller than that of the electrostatic precipitator, but in both types of dust collectors, fume adheres and accumulates on the discharge electrode and the dust collector. When a large amount of fume accumulates on each electrode, a spark discharge is generated to ignite the easily flammable metal fume, and if this is sucked into the bag filter, there is a risk that the bag filter will burn. Therefore, in the case of the above-mentioned dust collector, it is necessary to stop dust collection once every few hours and clean the fume deposited on the electrodes to eliminate the risk of combustion. However, cleaning the electrodes is cumbersome and easy to neglect, with people often forgetting to clean them due to busy schedules, or not cleaning them thoroughly even after stopping the dust collection operation. There was a need for a solution to this problem. .

We provide a cleaning device for dust collecting electrodes that is devised so that once the dust collector has stopped, the dust collector cannot be restarted unless the operator activates a dust remover consisting of a brush or the like to thoroughly clean the electrodes. An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In explaining the embodiments of the present invention, it is important to note that the electrostatic coagulation type and electrostatic precipitator type dust collectors have the same structure in principle, and the present invention can be implemented with exactly the same configuration. The following explanation will be made only regarding the electrostatic precipitator type dust collector, and the explanation of the electrostatic coagulation type dust collector will be omitted.

The interior is divided into two upper and lower chambers, a clean side and a dust side, and the clean side is equipped with a motor 5 equipped with a suction fan 4, and the dust side is equipped with a secondary dust collection chamber (with multiple bag filters 6...). The electrostatic dust collector described above is constructed by connecting the primary dust collection chamber 1 to the front stage of the secondary dust collection chamber 3 so that the suction action of the suction fan 4 can be applied. Ru. In addition, although the primary dust collection chamber 1 is directly fixed to the side surface of the secondary dust collection chamber 3 in the drawing, the two may be separated and connected by a duct or the like.

After being sucked into the dust collector and rectified by the rectifying plate 1b, it is charged by the electrode part 2, aggregated and coarsened, and then sucked into the secondary dust collection chamber 3 and collected by the bag filter 6... It has become. Further, in the drawing, 7 is a handle for removing dust from the bag filter 6, and when this handle 7 is rotated, a dust removing member 8 installed in the secondary dust collection chamber 3 is removed from the bag filter 6.
The fume attached to the surface can be brushed off into the bucket 9.

This is a limit switch configured to automatically open when rotated in the direction of the imaginary line in the figure.
The second switch 13 is normally open, but when the operating handle 11d is rotated to the upper limit position where each scraping tool 11b has completely cleaned the electrode section 2, the operating handle 11d is pressed. These switches 12 and 13 are limit switches that close when the motor 5 is stopped and the dust collection operation is stopped, and then the first switch 12 is opened by turning the operation handle 11d. 2nd switch 1
After closing step 3, press the operating handle 11d again.
If the second switch 13 is not opened again and the first switch 12 is closed again by re-operating, the secondary dust collection chamber 3 will be closed.
The fan motor 5 is connected in parallel to the power supply circuit of the motor 5 so that the fan motor 5 cannot be restarted even if a start switch 14 provided on the front side of the fan motor 5 is pressed. still,
In FIGS. 2 and 3, 15 and 16 are a cleaning indicator light and a high pressure indicator light provided at the front of the upper part of the primary dust collection chamber 1, and the cleaning indicator light 15 is provided at the front of the secondary dust collection chamber 3. When the off switch 17 for stopping the electric dust collector is pressed down, the light turns on, and when the operating handle 11d is rotated to close the second switch 13, the light is turned off.Furthermore, the high voltage indicator light 16 indicates that the high voltage power supply of the electric dust collector is turned off. It lights up when it is operating normally, but
If there is an abnormality in the high voltage power supply and high voltage is not generated and fume accumulates on the electrodes and spark discharge occurs, the light goes out and indicates a high voltage abnormality. In addition, the above dust remover 1
Cleaning the electrode part 2 in step 1 usually takes 10 hours or more for fume to accumulate in a dangerous state if the electrode part 2 is large enough, so cleaning it once every few hours will eliminate the danger of combustion. There is no gender.

If so, relay 1 connected in series to this switch 13
8 is activated and the first relay switch 18-1 is closed, so the relay 18 is self-held, and at the same time, the second relay switch 18-2 connected in series to the cleaning indicator light 15 is opened and the indicator light is turned off. 15 goes out. Next, when the operating handle 11d is returned to its original position (lowered position), the first switch 12 is turned on again, and at the same time, the door 10 is completely closed and the door switch 19 connected in series to this switch 12 is turned on. In this case, the third relay 18 connected in series to this door switch 19
Since the relay switch 18-3 is already turned on when the relay 18 is activated, when the start switch 14 is turned on, the third relay switch 18-3 is turned on.
The self-holding switch 20-1 and the switch 20-2 connected to the fan motor 5 are turned on by the electromagnetic contactor 20 connected to the fan motor 5, so the fan motor 5 starts and starts collecting dust.

If the electrode section 2 is not cleaned, the fan motor 5 will not be restarted even if the start switch 14 is pressed halfway.

とに有益である。 Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, the electrode part can be cleaned very easily using a dust remover, and the fume adhering to the electrode part can be removed, thereby preventing combustion accidents caused by the accumulation of fume. This can be prevented in advance, but in this invention, in particular,
For fans that have stopped even after pressing the start switch, you must turn the operating handle to clean the electrode part with a brush, etc., turn on the second switch, return the operating handle and turn on the first switch. Since it is not possible to restart the motor to perform dust collection operation, the electrode section is forced to be cleaned every time dust collection operation is stopped to prevent fume build-up and prevent combustion due to neglect of cleaning. Accidents can be eliminated. Furthermore, in this invention, the first and second switches are installed in the front of the primary dust collection chamber, and these switches can be operated directly with the operating handle of the dust remover.
Since the switch is configured to turn on and off, it has the advantage of being able to perform the above-mentioned functions accurately, and maintenance and inspection of each switch can be performed extremely easily.Although the configuration is simple, , it is very beneficial to implement it in the electrostatic precipitator type dust collector or electrostatic coagulation type dust collector shown in the figure.
