The term sheet referred to here is a broad concept that includes woven and knitted fabrics as well as synthetic resin sheets, such as shoe insoles, gloves, socks, anti-slip padding around the waist of pants, and slippers wrapped around car steering wheels. It can be used as a fastening tape, etc.

Various anti-slip devices have been devised to prevent slipping at parts of the human body that come into contact with external objects when performing various tasks. An example of this is the provision of a large number of small protrusions on the upper surface of an insole, the palm of a glove, the bottom of a sock, etc.

However, even though the small protrusions conventionally provided to prevent slipping have an anti-slip effect, they have the drawback of making the human body feel uncomfortable due to the reaction force received from the small protrusions. This strange feeling is caused not only by the material of the resin that forms the small protrusions but also by their shape. Conventionally, the small protrusions were hemispherical, cylindrical, etc., but this invention improves the shape of the small protrusions to reduce the discomfort caused to the human body and to provide a sheet that exhibits a good anti-slip effect. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing the same.

Further, in the method for manufacturing the anti-slip sheet, the liquid synthetic resin is applied with a required gap provided between the template and the sheet.

FIG. 1 shows a state in which small protrusions 2 are fixed to the upper surface of the sheet 1. The small protrusion 2 is formed of polyurethane synthetic resin and has a concave portion 3 at its top. Further, the outer periphery of the small protrusion 2 and the planar shape of the recess 3 are generally circular.

Now, assuming that the sheet 1 is an insole of a shoe, the sole of the foot comes into contact with the annular top 4 of the small protrusion 2 as shown by the chain line in the figure. Since the annular top part 4 is a weak part of the body, it is easily compressed, so that it causes less discomfort to the soles of the feet.

Further, since the annular top portion 4 is microscopically a pointed portion, it provides a large resistance to the displacement movement of the sole of the foot.

When the sheet 1 is used as an insole, for example, it is cut in advance as shown in FIG. 2, or it is cut into the shape of an insole after forming small protrusions 2 thereon. As shown in FIG. 3, the sheet 1 in this case is comprised of an upper layer 5 of woven fabric, an intermediate layer 6 of a polyurethane resin sheet, and a lower layer 7 of non-woven fabric.

Further, in the case of gloves or socks, the sheet 1 is formed of a required knitted fabric. Furthermore, if the sheet 1 is formed of a single tape-like woven fabric, it can be sewn to the inner circumference of the waist of pants and used as an anti-slip patch to prevent shirts from slipping up, and can also be wrapped around the steering wheel of a car. It can also be used as anti-slip tape. In addition, there are various uses similar to these uses.

4 to 6 show a method for manufacturing an insole, in which a required number of insoles a are arranged on a box-shaped base frame 8, and rulers 9 are arranged at appropriate positions such as at both ends or in the center. This ruler 9 is formed to have a height slightly higher than the height of the insole a (for example, about 1 mm). The mold plate 10 is formed of a plastic sheet having a number of holes 11 and is fixed to a mold frame 12.

When the above mold 12 is fitted into the base frame 8 as shown in FIG. 5, the mold plate 10 rests on the ruler 9, and a required gap d is created between the insole a and the mold plate 10. Next, a liquid synthetic resin for protrusions mixed with an adhesive is placed on the upper surface of the template 10, and squeezing is performed using an appropriate plate piece, so that the resin passes through the holes 11 of the template 10 and forms the insole. Move to the top of a. However, as mentioned above, template 10
As shown in FIG. 6, the resin sag in the outer circumferential direction, the hem becomes wider, and the hole 11 is opened by the amount of sag. The amount of resin inside will decrease. Due to the surface tension of the resin inside the hole 11 with the inner circumferential wall of the hole 11, the outer circumferential portion is high and the inner circumferential portion is depressed.

After applying the resin as described above, the resin is left as it is for a required period of time to solidify and adhere to the sheet a. When the template 10 is removed, the hem is widened as shown in Figure 1. A small protrusion 2 having a recess 3 at the top is obtained.

In the above manufacturing process, if the gap d between the template 10 and the insole a is too large, all the resin will escape from the hole 11 and the shape of the protrusion will not be formed. It is determined as appropriate depending on the required height of the protrusion, the spread diameter of the bottom of the protrusion, etc. Further, the resin is preferably a mixture of urethane-based synthetic resin and adhesive.

The above is an example of forming small protrusions on the insole, but the same applies to gloves or socks instead of the insole.
Furthermore, in order to form a tape-shaped anti-slip sheet, it is sufficient to place a sheet of the required width on the base frame 8, form small projections on its surface in the same manner as described above, and then cut it into a tape-shape.

As described above, in this invention, the anti-slip protrusion is not simply formed as a protrusion, but is formed in a widening hem and has a recess at the top, thereby achieving an anti-slip effect. It can be fully utilized while at the same time reducing the discomfort that it gives to the human body.

利点がある。
In addition, when forming the small protrusions, it is sufficient to simply use a template with holes, and by providing an appropriate gap between the template and the sheet,
The resin applied from the top surface deforms itself into a widening shape within the above gap, and the resin partially remaining in the hole causes the outer periphery to rise due to surface tension, causing a slide with a recess at the top. A stop protrusion is formed. Therefore, there is an advantage that it can be manufactured using a simple method.
