A circuit board like the one shown in Figure 1 has a circuit printed on it and the electronic parts mentioned above are attached and fixed to a part of the circuit, and is manufactured as a component of a computer or electronic device, and then assembled. Attached to equipment at work. Circuit boards are the heart of these devices, and they are also small and expensive. Therefore, when transporting the board from the manufacturing department to the assembly site, it is absolutely necessary to avoid damaging not only the circuit surface but also the expensive components attached. Many of these board members are relatively small, for example, the size of a B5 or A5 paper pattern, so they are packed together and transported in a frame with appropriate spacing between them, and then transported to the assembly workplace. Also, the members are removed from the frame and assembled while maintaining the distance between the members as they were transported. Traditionally, circuit boards have been transported by arranging a pair of plate pieces with many parallel grooves on the inner surface of a frame or box so that the grooves face each other, and placing the pair of parallel plates in the opposing grooves. Insert the edges of the sides and support them with the grooves, then fit the boards in the adjacent grooves in the same way, keeping the distance between the boards to avoid damaging electrical elements such as resistors, and then attach the frame to the box. It was transported in person.

In many conventional technologies, the shape of the frame or box is fixed, and in the case of a fixed type, it is not possible to adjust the interval between the grooved plates according to the width of the circuit board, and if adjustment is required, the shape of the frame or box is fixed. Limited by frame size. Therefore, when the distance between the two parallel sides fitted in the grooves and supported is narrow, even if the distance between the groove plates is shortened, the size of the box or frame does not substantially change, and the overall volume occupied in the space does not decrease.

The present invention is a storage frame made of plate pieces with parallel sides that allows the volume of the frame to be changed in response to the size of the circuit board to be handled. A pair of identical and rigid frame plate assemblies 1 consisting of a plurality of unit plates 3 that are continuously supported by members 2 and arranged facing each other, and a pair of connecting members 4 that connect the opposing sections at both ends, respectively. The unit plate is formed complementary in the width direction so that one end 5 and the other end 6 in the vertical direction can be fitted to each other so that the storage frames can be stacked, and the inward facing surface has a A plurality of longitudinal parallel grooves 7 and an inwardly directed step 8 are formed at the bottom, and the length of the connecting member can be adjusted 9 according to a scale 10 attached to the connecting member. The frame for storing plate pieces of the present invention is different from the conventional structure in which the unit plates are attached to a box or frame because the frame plate assembly consisting of the unit plates supporting the plate pieces is one element of the frame. Furthermore, since the assemblies are connected by adjustable connecting members with scales, the spacing between the frame plate assemblies can be reliably fixed at a predetermined spacing with a single adjustment. An example will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 2, the unit plate 3 has a large number of parallel grooves 7 on its inner surface in the vertical direction (here, the vertical direction refers to the length direction of each unit plate, both when unit plates are arranged side by side). is formed, and an inwardly projecting step 8 is provided at the lower part of the inner surface. Further, a pair of hook-shaped pieces 11, 11a, 12, 12a facing each other are provided upwardly and downwardly protruding from the outer surface of the profile 2, which is represented by a hat profile.
The flange is adapted to fit into the hook-shaped piece.
The upper part of the unit plate 3 is a slightly protruding thin plate 5 which is slightly inclined outwardly, and the lower part of the step 8, that is, the lower end 6, is formed with a slot 13 so as to fit into the cavity inside the step. 5 from the hole 13 into the cavity 5a
People have come to accept it as such. The hat profile 2 has holes 15, 15 at predetermined positions near both ends, respectively.
has been done. This perforation includes a nipple 1 that fits into the hole 15.
A stopper 17 having a number 6 is fixed with a screw 19 from the inside of the abdominal edge via a washer 18. Connecting material 4
consists of a channel member 20 and another channel member 21 that fits into the channel member 20, and the channel member 20 has a U-shaped end surface and has a protrusion that fits in the belly edge of the channel member 20. A lock base 22 is attached, and a lock lever 24 is pivotally connected by a pin 23 attached to a horseshoe-shaped portion that holds the ridge on both sides. The edge of the locking door 24 around the pin 23 holds the lever 2 as shown.
When it is tilted from 4a to 24, it presses against the inner surface of the abdominal edge of the channel member 21, and serves to press the channel member 21 against the channel member 20 and fix them so that they do not move relative to each other. This mechanism is similar to the buckle on a pants belt, so it will be omitted here. In addition, a scale 10 is formed on the outer surface of the ventral edge of the channel member 20, and the length of the connecting member 4 is adjusted by aligning the end of the channel member with the scale.

When the hat sections 2 are inserted into the respective holes 11a, 12, 12a, rigid frame plate assemblies 1, 1a, each having the same shape as a single plate, are formed. In this case, the profile 2 to which the stopper 17 is attached is attached to one unit plate row, and the profile 2 to which the stopper 17 is not attached to the other unit plate row.
The frame plate assemblies 1 and 1a to which the sections 2 are attached are attached with their inner grooves 7 facing each other and opposite ends of the sections 2 to both ends of the connecting member 4. In this case, an angle 25 that fits into the groove of the hat member and the groove of the channel member is fixed with a screw 26.

も本案枠体は適用できる。 The frame assembled in the above manner has the opposing groove 7.
When both parallel edges of the circuit board A are inserted into the frame, the lower edge of the board hits the step 8 and the board is prevented from falling below the frame. Therefore, the board can be held without creating a bottom in the frame. Since the electronic components mounted on board A are spaced apart from adjacent boards, the components will not be damaged. In this way, a number of boards inserted into a number of grooves can be transported from one workplace to another or from one manufacturing facility to another assembly station. As mentioned above, the upper and lower ends 5 and 6 of each unit plate are complementary, so if the spacing between the frame plate assemblies is the same, the lower end of one frame can be inserted into the upper end of the other frame. You can stack the frames vertically. In this case, since the upper and lower unit plates engage with each other, frame bodies having different widths of frame plate assemblies with respect to the lower frame body can be stacked on the upper side so as not to move relative to each other. Also, the frame plate assembly 1 has a stopper 17 on the profile, and the assembly 1a does not have a stopper 17, but has a hole 15 for receiving the stopper, so by inserting the hole 15 into the stopper 17 of the horizontally placed assembly. The assembly can be stacked horizontally in a stable manner. Furthermore, by loosening the lever 24 and moving the channel members 20 and 21 relative to each other in accordance with the scale 10, the length of the connecting member can be adjusted in one operation, so it is possible to quickly adapt to circuit boards of different widths. . Each of the above-mentioned assemblies 1 and 1a is assembled by simply fitting the hat sections into the unit plates, so when the sections are pulled out from the assembly, these members are separated into fine element members. Moreover, by removing the screw 26, the shape member and the connecting member can be separated. Therefore, the present frame can be reused by assembling the individual parts on site, or by disassembling the used frame into individual parts to reduce the volume and returning it to the old workplace. Although not shown, if the unit board is constructed so that a supplementary shelf can be detachably attached to its inner surface, and a shelf with a width equal to the step width is prepared, the downwardly protruding side of board A can be used. The proposed framework can also be applied to long cases.

The storage frame of the present invention is a pair of frame plate assemblies in which complementary unit plates are connected at the upper and lower ends by sections, and the frame plate assemblies are connected facing each other by adjustable connecting members. In addition to being able to adjust the spacing between the three-dimensional parts, the storage frames can be stacked vertically without relative movement by fitting the frame plate assemblies, and they can be disassembled into individual members for reuse.
