従来の技術

しないように第2〜第4図に示す弾性合成樹脂よ
りなる断面コ字形のストツパー1を第5図に示す
ように遊子挿入部2に嵌着している。遊子及び遊
子を引張る弾力紐は消耗品であるから、これを取
替える際にこのストツパーを簡単に着脱できるよ

垂直板3に摺動する虞れがあり、これを避けるた
めに遊子挿入部の位置をシヤツトル中央寄りに移
動させる必要のある場合があつた。このように挿
入部の位置を移動させると摺動溝がそれだけ短く
なり、緯糸の弛みを吸収しうる長さが短くなると
いう欠点があつた。従つて本考案はできるだけ摺
動溝を長くとり、遊子挿入部をシヤツトル端部に
近く位置させてもシヤツトル内部からの緯糸導出
の邪魔にならないシヤツトルの遊子停止装置を提

て、ポリウレタン樹脂等の弾性合成樹脂よりな
り、第8〜10図に示す如く底面に突起9を有す
る板状体であつて、遊子挿入部2の底面に設けた
嵌合孔10に突起9を嵌合して挿入部2の底面に
装着する。ストツパー1の厚さはほぼ摺動溝6の
深さに等しくしておけば張力調整溝5の内側底面
11とストツパー上面12の高さが一致する。ス

トルの端部に近付け、それだけ摺動溝の長さを長
くすることができる。従つて緯糸の弛みを吸収す
る長さを長くし、緯糸の張力を一定に保つことが
できる。緯糸がストツパーに触れる虞れがなく、
その接触によるトラブルを解消できる。ストツパ
ーは極めて簡単な構造であつて着脱が容易であ
り、装着時には確実に保持され脱落することがな
い。又ストツパーは弾性を有するため、遊子を弾
力的に受け止め遊子の衝撃を和らげ、緯糸に対す
