なくなり、結節に不揃いが生ずる欠点がある。
又、ウエイト収納部と端部の突起との間に相当な
間隔が開いているため、横糸繰り出し時にウエイ
ト収納部の上面エツジ部で横糸が擦れ、その部分
が擦り減つて溝状となり、前記ウエイトの飛び上
がりと相俟つて横糸に傷が付くばかりでなく、さ
さくれになつたりひどい時には擦れ切れてしまう
と云う欠点が有る。そして、横糸に傷が付くと、
せつかく編網した網であつても、その網目が切れ
易く目視するだけで不良品となるのである。特
に、編網の高速化に伴なつて、前記欠点が大きく

この目的を達成するためになされた本考案は、

たシヤトルにおいて、前記ウエイト収納部と突起
との間で且つウエイト収納部の淵に臨ませて更に
もう一つの補助突起を設け、該補助突起に横糸の
挿通孔を穿設し、該挿通孔にアルミナのブツシユ
を接着剤にて着脱可能に取付けたことを特徴とす
るシヤツトルであつて、補助突起をウエイト収納
部の淵に沿つて設けることで横糸取り出し孔との
間が狭くなり、糸の遊びが少なくなるためウエイ
トの飛び出しが解消されるばかりでなく、補助突
起の挿通孔に嵌めたアルミナのブツシユにより、
横糸がウエイト収納部のエツジ部で擦れることが
なく、溝状の擦り減り部がなくなるため、横糸に
傷が付いたり、擦り切れたりすることがなくなる

収納部から抜け出さず、製網作業が継続して行え
ると共に、製網工程のスピードアツプが図れると
