    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 開閉扉を有する筐体と、この筐体内の上部に複数段設け
    られ：パレットに並列させたウエハ等の保管物を載せる
    棚部材と、筐体内下部に設けられた送風機と、上記棚部
    材の両側に形成された通気用通路と、この通気用通路及
    び送風機の吐出ロの間に介在されたフィルタと、筐体に
    設けられた吸気口及び排気口とを備えたことを特徴とす
    る防塵保管棚。
