Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はテーププレヤ用ロツク装置における係
止操作機構の考案に係り、テーププレヤにおける
ロツク装置を確実ならしめ、衝撃やオーバストロ
ークなどに対して余分な負荷を必要とせず、必要
最低限状態のロツク力で安定した係止操作を得し
めることのできる機構を提供しようとするもので

テーププレヤにおいてはその作動部材を夫々の
操作状態に保持するためにロツク機構を用いるこ
とについては従来から種々に実施されているが、
これら従来のものにおいてはその係止ロツク関係

などに対して余分な操作力を必要とする等の不利
がある。即ちこのような従来のロツク機構として
は第5図に示すように反転スプリング54を用い
係止部52を操作部材55で押進することによつ
てスプリング54を第5図のBに示すように反転
し枢着片56の先端に取付けられた係止部52を
係止体51の係合部53にロツクさせ、又これを
同図Cに示すように反転させてイジエクト状態と
するものがあるが、このような構成によるときは
この反転スプリング54が相当に大型であり、従
つて又その反転作動領域を大きく採ることが必要
であると共にその係脱操作に当つて衝撃力を発生
し、該衝撃によつても確実なロツク状態を確保す
るためにはそれなりに大きな操作力を必要とす
る。又第6図に示すように係合部53を有する係
止体51をその枢着点57を中心として回動可能
に設けると共に係合部53の端面を傾斜縁53a
としておき、係止部52の取付けられた被ロツク
部体58を同図Aのように押進して係止部52に
前記傾斜縁53aが接合することにより係止体5
1を同図Bのように押上げ、更にこれを押進して
係止部52が係合部53に達することによつて同
図Cのようにロツクさせることが行われている
が、この方式によるものでは係止体51を一旦押

関してそれなりのオーバストロークを必要であ
り、又上記押出しで係止体51が浮動状態となつ
てから復動することより作動が不安定となるなど

付図面に示すものについて説明すると、第1図に
示すようにデツキ20にキヤプスタン50を有す

別にデツキ20に設けられた連動ギヤ6が係合さ
れ、この連動ギヤ6と同軸の小ギヤ部6aに対し
てはパワーを受けて作動する操作部材として別の
回転ギヤ4が臨ませられ、この回転ギヤ4の周側
ギヤにはその一部に部分切欠部4aが形成されて
いて第1図に示すようなイジエクト状態において
は上記小ギヤ部6aがこの部分切欠部4aに位置
し操作部材たる回転ギヤ4の周側ギヤとの係合が
解脱された状態を形成するように成つている。又
このような操作部材としての回転ギヤ4と同軸に
取付けられているのが操作部材の一部たる回転板
40であつて、その周側には後述するギヤロツク
片2に係突部23と連動片3の作動部30aの配
設関係位置に即応させて弦状切欠部41と係合切
込段部43が図示のような関係で形成されてお
り、しかもその上面にデツキ20に対し長孔10
dにそいスライド可能の目的動作を行う作動部材
としてのヘツド板10を設け、該ヘツド板10に
枢子88で回転可能に設けられた係止部材8aに
対しては前記回転板40がその一側に設けられ、
即ち係止部材8aの当接部86に対し回転板40
のピン状をなした係合部42が係脱操作されるよ
うに設けられている。上記係止部材8aはヘツド
板10の奥部に形成された取付部10b部分に設
けられたガイド部95に対し接合部88aと前記
枢子88によつて接合していることは図示の通り
であり、該係止部材8aの先端部一側にはテーパ
状の当接部86を形成して前記係合部42の回転
域に臨ませ、しかもその他側には係止部87が形
成されており、前記ガイド部95にはストレート
状の摺動案内部91とそれより凹入した誘導部9
2が連続して形成され、又これとは別にロツクピ
ン97を先端部に設けた保持部材96が取付けら
れ、該保持部材96の基端側に形成された掛止部
98には一端に吸着材83を設けたL形の係止部
材8における他端部の係子99が臨ませられてい
る。前記吸着材83には吸着プランジヤ9が設け
られていて該吸着プランジヤ9に通電した場合に
