In such a state, after closing the power switch 44, the contact piece of the changeover switch 45 of the operation section
When the gap between T 1 and T 2 is closed, the motor 3 is energized, the rotational force of the motor 3 is transmitted to the crushing body 20 via the joint 6 and the joint 21, and the crushing body 20
By the rotation of the coffee beans in the basket 7, the coffee beans in the basket 7 are ground into coffee powder having an appropriate coarseness. When the coffee beans are ground to a suitable coarseness, when the switch 45 opens contacts T 1 - T 2 and closes contacts T 1 - T 3 , the power to the motor 3 is cut off. The rotation of the grinding body 20 is stopped and the coffee powder is piled up on the filter 24. Then, when the contact pieces T 1 -T 3 of the changeover switch 45 are closed, the sheath heater 34 in the heating body 33 is energized and generates heat, so that the water in the heating pipe 35 is heated. This allows water from the water storage tank 36 to flow into the heating pipe 3.
The hot water is boiled and expanded in the hot water supply pipe 5, moves to the hot water supply pipe 39 side by the action of the check valve 37, rises, and flows from the opening 38 of the hot water supply pipe into the hot water tray 2 of the basket lid 25.
6 and also drips into the coffee powder in the basket through the small hole 27. The dropped hot water passes through the coffee powder, and the coffee liquid from which the coffee components are extracted is filtered by the filter 24, and the coffee liquid is retained in the glass container 28 through the spout 13. When the water in the water storage tank 36 runs out, the thermostat TH operates and the glass container 28
The lower surface of the holder is heated to an appropriate temperature by a sheathed heater 34 via a heat insulating plate 32.

The milling function of conventional coffee boilers is such that coffee beans are ground to a certain particle size due to slippage of the coffee beans during the rotation of the grinder, differences in hardness depending on the type of coffee beans, or differences in the degree of grinding force. It is very difficult to grind coffee powder with a uniform particle size during a short grinding time of about 20 seconds, as small particles are ground into smaller particles and large particles remain large. It was impossible to obtain. Furthermore, since the filter is clogged by small-sized coffee powder, hot water overflows from the basket, stains the container, or enters the container, causing malfunctions.

Furthermore, the method of extracting coffee during dripping is
Hot water was dripped onto the coffee powder, and the coffee extract was allowed to fall naturally from the filter, so even though the hot water supply had finished discharging from the water heater, the hot water in the coffee powder in the basket continued to flow. The residence time of the coffee liquid is long, and the point at which the extraction of the coffee liquid is completed is not certain, so even after the glass cup serving as the coffee liquid receptacle is removed, the coffee liquid drips and stains the container.

An object of the present invention is to solve this problem by providing a rotary blade on the bottom surface of the filter in a basket having a filter, and by making it possible to change the direction of rotation of the rotary blade, the filter can be rotated while grinding coffee beans. The particle size of the coffee powder is made uniform by creating an upward flow from the bottom of the coffee cup, and at the same time, during dripping, by rotating the rotary blade in the opposite direction, the extraction completion time is shortened and the coffee powder is prevented from falling. Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a coffee boiler in which the temperature of the coffee can be adjusted by the fan effect of the rotating blades.

The rotation of the rotary blade 47 generates wind from below to above the filter 24 , so that among the coffee beans ground by the grinding body 20 , those with a small particle size are blown upward and into the upper part of the basket 7 . Soar. On the other hand, large coffee grains remain below the grinding body 2.
The powder is pulverized to a desired particle size under the action of the rotating blade 47, and when the particle size reaches a predetermined size, it is blown upward by the wind generated by the rotating blades 47. Through this process, the entire coffee bean is ground to a predetermined particle size. Therefore, powder with uniform particle size can be obtained, and there is no possibility that fine coffee powder and coarse coffee grains are mixed together as in the conventional method.

Further, since the coffee powder that is about to clog the filter 24 is blown upward by the wind pressure from the rotary blade 47, the filter 24 will not be clogged.

Then, when the coffee beans are ground to a desired particle size, the changeover switch 45 is operated to close the movable contact piece T1 and the fixed contact piece T3 , and the sheathed heater 34
is energized and dripping begins. As mentioned above, coffee powder with a constant particle size is passed through the filter 2.
4, and particularly fine coffee treads are present on the upper layer side, so the filtration ability is constant, a coffee liquid with a stable concentration is extracted, and the filter 24 does not become clogged. This prevents boiling water from overflowing from the basket. At this time, the motor 3 is equipped with a selector switch 45.
The movable contact T 1 - fixed contact T 3 - variable resistor 50 - motor 3 - rotation direction changeover switch 52 - energization is possible through the mill switch 49, so operate the mill switch 49 to close the contacts of the mill switch 49. By closing, the motor 3 is energized via the variable resistor 50 and rotated at a low speed. Therefore, the coffee extract is cooled by the fan effect of the rotary blade 47, and the temperature at which the coffee is prepared can be arbitrarily controlled. That is,
The fan effect can be adjusted by adjusting the resistance value of the variable resistor 50.

Then, when the hot water has been completely discharged from the water heater, the rotation direction changeover switch 52 is operated to switch the movable contact pieces T 4 and T 5 from the fixed contact pieces T 7 and
When switching to the T9 side and reversing the direction of the excitation current to the field winding 51, operate the mill switch 49 to close the contact, power is supplied to the motor 3 through the variable resistor 50, and the motor 3 is powered at low speed. rotated in the opposite direction. For this reason, wind from above to below is generated by the rotary blade 47, a negative pressure is created in the lower part of the filter 24, and the hot water contained in the coffee powder is forcibly filtered through the filter 24 and falls. Therefore, the completion point of coffee extraction can be accelerated, and by adjusting the value of the variable resistor 50, it is also possible to adjust the extraction time. Therefore, even if the glass container 28 serving as a coffee receiver is removed from the heat insulating plate 32, drops of coffee liquid will still remain on the heat insulating plate 32.
To provide a coffee boiler which is very easy to use and does not stain the container body by dripping onto the water, etc., reduces the user's restraint time, and is very easy to use.

Furthermore, even when grinding coffee beans, by adjusting the resistance value of the variable resistor 50 to a low value, heating power can be supplied to the sheathed heater 34 to preheat the heating element. It is also possible to shorten the time it takes for hot water to start discharging when switching to the drip side.

Furthermore, since the rotation direction of the motor 3 can be reversed even during grinding, by configuring the grinding capacity of the grinding body 20 to differ depending on the rotation direction, variations in the particle size of coffee powder can be reduced not only by the grinding time but also by changing the grinding capacity of the grinder 20 depending on the rotation direction. , can also be selected depending on the direction of rotation.

Furthermore, by configuring the joint 6 and the joint 21 as one-way conduction joints, only the rotary blades are rotated without rotating the pulverizer when the motor 3 is reversed, so that the pulverizer is immersed in the coffee powder during dripping. It is also possible to obtain coffee liquid with less turbidity by not rotating it.

As described above, in the coffee boiler of the present invention, rotating blades are provided on the rotating shaft of the grinding body on the lower surface of the filter, and the rotating direction and rotation speed of the rotating blade can be controlled arbitrarily. Therefore, the particle size of the coffee powder can be made uniform, the filter will not be clogged, the temperature at which the coffee is made can be adjusted, and the time required to complete extraction of the coffee liquid can be shortened. It becomes possible to provide a coffee boiler that is extremely easy to use.
