  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電動機等の負荷に供給する電力を制御する半導器におい
    て 部から えられる電流指Ａ値と前記半導体変換器
    の負荷電流実際値とを比較して負荷電流実際値が電流指
    令停に等しくなるように前記半導体↑器を制御する電流
    調節器と、この電流調節器に与える前記電流指令値を定
    格電流値に設定された制限値に制御するリミツタと、前
    記負荷電流実際値が前記半導体変換器の定格電流値を超
    えると出力を発生するコンパレータ左、このコンパレー
    タに出力力（ じると、前記半導変換器を構成する半導
    体素子の過渡熱時定数により定まる所定の時間だけ、前
    記リミツタの制限値を短時日ｉ容電流値に更し、前記出
    力の 開が所定時間を超えると、前記リミツタの制限値をもと
    に戻す手段とを設けたことを特徴とする半導体変換器の
    制御装置。
