Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 流動性廃棄物を収容する貯溜タンクと、該貯溜タン
    クから送られた流動性廃棄物を計量する計量タンクと、
    燃焼炎が軸線方向に沿って中央空間部に吹込まれると共
    に、内面ｋＱ−流動性廃棄物を抄い上げる羽根を多数突
    設した回転燃焼炉と、該回転燃焼炉から排申された有臭
    排気ガスを燃焼１″一る脱臭炉とを備え、低温と高温の
    ２点で作動する熱電対の感知部を前記回転燃焼炉の炉内
    に臨ませ、計量タンクと回転燃焼炉を導通ずる輸送パイ
    プの途中には前記熱電対の作動によって開閉する自動バ
    ルブが、また貯溜タンクと計量タンクを導通する輸送パ
    イプの途中には前記自動バルブならびに計量タンクの計
    量機構と連動すーる連動ポンプとが設けられてお′り、
    連動ポンプにより貯溜タンクから送り．込まれた流動性
    廃棄物を計量タンクで一定量計量したのち、自動バルブ
    が開いて流動性廃棄物を回転燃焼炉に流し込み、燃焼開
    始時における回転燃焼炉の炉内温度を熱電対で感知して
    自動バルブを閉じると同時に、連動ポンプを作動させて
    流動性廃棄物を計量タンクに送り込み、一方回転燃焼炉
    の回転に伴ない羽根で流動性廃棄物を抄に上げて燃焼炎
    有臭成分を揮散させ、該有臭成分を脱臭炉に導いて燃焼
    させると共に、流動性廃棄物中の他の可燃焼性成分を回
    転燃焼炉内で焼却させ、焼却後期における回転燃焼炉の
    炉内温度を熱電対で感知して自動バルブを開いて、計量
    タンク中の流動性廃棄物を回転燃焼炉へ送り込むことを
    特徴とする流動性廃棄物の連続焼却装置。 ２ 流動性廃棄物を貯溜タンクに送り込む経路の途中に
    フィルターと破砕機とを備えた実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の流動性廃棄物の連続焼却装置。 ３ 貯溜タンクの内部に攪拌機構を備えた実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の流動性廃棄物の′連続焼却装置
    。 ４ 回転燃焼炉の内面に突設する羽根の水平切断面の形
    状がくの字状である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の流動性廃棄物の連続焼却装置。 ５ 回転燃焼炉の側面に灰の取出口を設け、羽根の方向
    を取出口に向けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    流量性廃棄物の連続焼却装置。 ６ 回転燃焼炉の側面が二重壁になっており、内筒と外
    筒との間に断熱材が装填されている実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の流動性廃棄物の連続焼却装置。 ７ 回転燃焼炉に送り込まれた流動性廃棄物の上面が回
    転燃焼炉の回転軸部より下方になるように、送り込み量
    を計量タックで計量する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の流動性廃棄物の連続焼却装置。 ．８ 貯溜タジク及び計量タンクの上部に排気パイプを
    設け、該排気パイプの先端を脱臭炉に連結し、貯溜タン
    ク及び計量タンクからの有臭ガスを脱臭炉に導いて燃焼
    させる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の流動性廃棄
    物の連続焼却装置。
