It is possible to take advantage of the fact that overlapping wavy pleated reticulated hemp materials made by combining and sewing together other reticulated hemp fiber materials has good breathability and rapid dissipation of body temperature and moisture. To obtain a summer futon or futon semi-finished product that has a cool feeling that is not found in conventional futons, does not make the body stuffy due to moisture, and has a cool feeling that does not have bad flexibility or texture. It depends.

Although efforts have been made to create a slightly cooler feeling by laying on the mattress, no comfortable summer futon has yet been developed.

団又は布団半製品としたものである。 The present invention will be explained based on drawings showing embodiments thereof. As shown in FIG. Thus, a wavy pleated net-like hemp material 5 as the hemp fiber material 1 is produced, and a large number of the wavy pleated net-like hemp materials 5 of the size of a futon are alternately superimposed in a layered manner in which their waveforms are perpendicular to each other in a plane. At the same time, as shown in Fig. 1, in the middle thereof, in the shape of a sandwich, an appropriate number of hemp fiber materials 2 made of the same wavy pleated net hemp material 5 and having a slightly narrower and shorter size adapted to the body shape of the sleeper are placed. A futon or a semi-finished futon for summer is made by stacking these layers alternately in a layered manner in which the waveforms are perpendicular to each other in a plane.

The excellent performance as a summer futon, such as breathability and moisture dissipation, is further enhanced, and the sleeper can be given a noticeably refreshing and cool feeling.

This is to save on costs by sacrificing the cushioning properties around the futon, which is considered not to be necessary as it is somewhat expensive.
It is of course possible to make all hemp fiber materials the same size.

を有する。 Furthermore, as mentioned above, the wavy pleated reticulated hemp material 5
When used as a futon or futon semi-finished product, a product in which a large number of these waveforms are alternately superimposed so that they are perpendicular to each other on a plane, is more effective than a case in which the wavy pleated net hemp material 5 is simply superimposed normally. It has the advantage that local wrinkles caused by misalignment between materials are less likely to occur.

The entire stacked item is then stored in a bag-like cover 8 made of cotton cloth or the like to give it a subtle texture and heat retention, as well as to facilitate adjustment and washing. .

るものである。 Figure 4 shows an example of how to further improve the cushioning properties and breathability of the futon or futon semi-finished product of the present invention as described above. A skeleton structure 11 assembled with reinforcements 9 and elastic strings 10 such as rubber cords or coil spring wires and having an arched central portion raised is placed on top of a skeleton structure 11 with a floating central portion through joints 12, 12 such as magic tape or hooks. The above-mentioned futon or futon semi-finished product is placed in a removable manner.

を図ることができる。 The futon or futon semi-finished product according to the present invention described above is mainly intended for a mattress, and FIGS. 5 and 6 show an example of a method for forming the futon, mainly for a comforter. As shown in Figure 5, a relatively small number of reticulated hemp fiber materials are overlapped to form a border.
A lower cover 1 of cotton cloth or the like having a folded edge 13, which is made into one whole by performing binding 7 as appropriate.
4, and the two are removably integrated via joints 12, 12 attached to both, and as shown in FIG. It is removably attached to the upper surface of the holder via the holder. In this case as well, by adding removable upper and lower covers, it is possible to finely impart and adjust the feel and heat retention, as well as to facilitate washing.

程の爽涼感の得られる夏季用寝具となる。 Hemp fiber material 1 of the above-mentioned wavy pleated net hemp material 5
Summer futons or futon semi-finished products made by layering and forming hemp fibers themselves have superior thermal conductivity and moisture absorption compared to other natural or synthetic fibers, and the structure is similar to that of a mosquito net. In addition to being highly breathable as it is made of superimposed fibers with a relatively coarse net shape, the wavy folds further keep the entire structure bulky and further improve breathability, making it ideal for sleeping. The person's body temperature dissipates rapidly, and the moisture released from the sleeper's body is absorbed by the hemp fibers and quickly radiates into the outside air, giving the sleeper a lasting cool sensation. It can be applied as a hammock and does not make you feel "stuffy" due to moisture, and can further add a moderate cool feeling due to the effect of the heat of vaporization that accompanies the release of moisture. Therefore, it is like sleeping on a hammock. It is a summer bedding that gives you a refreshing feeling that can feel cold at times.
