  1. 中央にダクトを配置し、該ダクトから側方へ噴出する空
    気を加熱して上方へ変向する面状発熱体をダクトの側部
    に傾斜して配置した熱風発生室と；該熱風発生室の羊方
    に配置された乾燥庫と；熱風発生室と乾燥室の間に配置
    され食器類の落下を防止し、且熱風の上昇を実質的に阻
    害しない多孔の仕切板からなることを特徴とする食器乾
    燥機。
