第１図は従来の多気筒形回転手縮機の断面図、第２図は
従来の中央仕切板の平面図、第３図は本案中央仕切板の
平面図、第４図は本案のものにおけるローリングピスト
ンと中央仕切板とのシール関係を示す要部拡大断面図で
ある。 なお図中２はクランク軸、２ａ，２ｂはその偏心部、４
ａ，４ｂは圧縮室、５ａ，５ｂはローりングピストン、
１０は中央仕切板、１２はその貫通穴、１２ａは開口縁
、ａはローリングピストンの重なり最小シール巾を示す
。 その他図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示すものと
する。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. クランク軸に設けた多段偏心部を貫挿させる圧縮室の劃
    成用中央仕切板を単一板で構成すると共に、上記偏心部
    の貫通穴を、当該隣設偏心部に嵌挿じたそれぞれのロー
    リングピストンの摺動面で封塞し、かつ上記仕切板の貫
    通穴の開口縁部でのこれと、それぞれのローリングピス
    トンの重なり最小シール巾を、当該開口縁から最小Ｆｌ
    ３ ｒｒｖｎ以上に確保するよう、各ローリングピス
    トンの肉厚寸法を設定したことを特徴とする多気筒形回
    転圧縮機。
