Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 固定弁を取り付けた弁固定板をパイプ内に取り付け、一
    方、可動オリフイス板をばねにより前記固定弁との間に
    ギャップを保たさせるとともに、流体圧力によって前記
    可動オリフイス板を前記ばねに抗して押圧し、前記ギャ
    ップを小さくするようにして一定流量を得る流量安定弁
    において、前記可動オリフイス板をゴム膜を用いて前記
    パイプ内に密封支持させたことを特徴とする流量安定弁
    。
