Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）入力端子にコレクタが接続されるとともに出力端
    子にエミツタが接続されたｎｐｎ型の主トランジスタと
    、出力端子に結合された平滑用コンデンサとを具備した
    直列型定電圧回路において、 前記主トランジスタのベース回路にトランジスタ保護用
    のダイオードを挿入し、前記主トランジスタのベースに
    、ベースバイアスを切り換えることによって前記主トラ
    ンジスタを動作と不動作の状態に切り換えるオン、オフ
    制御スイッチを結合してなることを特徴とする直列型定
    電圧回路のオン、オフ制御装置。
  2. （２）直列型定電圧回路は、主トランジスタと、入力端
    子と接地間に直列接続で挿入されるとともに、両者の接
    続点が前記主トランジスタのベースに接続された抵抗お
    よびツエナーダイオードと、平滑用コンデンサとからな
    り、前記抵抗とツエナーダイオードの接続点と前記主ト
    ランジスタのベースとの接続線にトランジスタ保護用の
    ダイオ＝ドを挿入し、前記ツエナーダイオードにオン、
    オフ制御スイッチを並列接続してなる実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の直列型定電圧回路のオン、オフ制御
    装置。
  3. （３） 直列型定電圧回路は、主トランジスタと、出
    力電圧と基準電圧とを比較してその差出力を前記主トラ
    ンジスタのベースに帰還せしめる比較増幅器と、平滑用
    コンデンサとからなり、前記比較増幅器の出力側と前記
    主トランジスタのベースとの接続線にドランジスタ保護
    用のダイオードを挿入し、前記比較増幅器の出力側をオ
    ン、オフ制御スイッチを介］，て接地してなる実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の直列型定電圧回路のオン、
    オフ制御装置。
