    ドレス信号を発生する第１のカウンタと、 この第１のカウンタのカウント内容が所定の値になると
    前記クロツク信号発生回路を停止するとともに、前記第
    １のカウンタをリセットする回路と、 前記第１のアドレス信号が所定のアドレスを示すとき前
    記伝送≠一タに含まれる第２の同期伝送開始信号をチェ
    ′ツクする第１の論理回路と、この第１の論理回路のチ
    ェック結果番こより前記第２の同期伝送開始信号が所定
    の状態にあるときにリセットされるとともに、前記リセ
