図は本考案の構成を示すもので、側長機構を旋盤に応用
した場合を示す図である。 １は被加工物、２はバイト、３は微小空隙測定器、４は
レーザ側長用ミラー面、５，６は空気軸受可動部及び固
定部、７はサーボモータ可動部、８はサーボモータ磁気
回路部、９はレーザ側長器である。

Claims (1)
- 可動部に装着せられると共に切削加工等が行なわれてい
る被測定物の表面に対し所定微小間隔をおいて配置せら
れた微小間隔測定素子と、該測定素子の出力信号をフィ
ードバックしてサーボモータを駆動し、これにより前記
可動部を移動せしめ前記所定微小間隔を一定にする手段
と、前記可動部に搭載されたレーザ測長用ミラー面と、
該ミラー面の移動距離を測定するレーザ側長器とを具備
してなり、前記被測定物の変位又は形状を測定すること
を特徴とする側長機構。
