    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）光学系によって形成された物体の像を電気信号に
    変換するための撮像素子と、 前記撮像素子の出力の端部付近でのピーク値を検出する
    ピーク値検出手段と、 前記ピーク値検出手段の出力に基づいて、スレツショル
    ド電圧を発生する手段とを備える、スレツショルド電圧
    発生装置。
  2. （２）前記ピーク値検出手段は、 前記撮像素子の出力の端部付近で端部検出パルスを発生
    する端部検出パルス発生手段と、前記端部検出パルスに
    同期して、前記撮像素子の出力のピーク値を検出するピ
    ーク値検出回路とを含む、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のスレツショルド電圧発生装置。
