本考案はガスバーナの炎の均一化を計る制御板

制御板を取付けるもので所定位置への取付けが難

確実に所定の位置に取付けられることが望まれ

本考案はかゝる要望を満した制御板の取付装置
を得ることをその目的とするもので、一側にガス

た混合管8の他側上部にガス分布室10を連通さ
せて成るガスバーナ本体1であつて、該ガス分布
室10の混合管連通部と対向する部分に、混合ガ
スを制御する制御板5を設けたものに於いて、ガ
スバーナ本体1の両側板6,6の内面に両端部を
残して該制御板5を支承する突条7を形成し、且
つ該突条7上に載置した制御板5を、ガス分布室
10のほゞ内法に相当する巾を備えた制御板部5
aと、該制御板部5aの両側から開口部2の上縁
に至る立上り片5bと制御板部5aの一端部から
下方に突出して突条7の端部と係合する段部5c
を備え且つ該段部5cからガスバーナ本体1の内

本装置は第6図に示すごとくガス分布室10の

ーナ本体1の内端部に係止させて設置したのち、
バーナトツプ3を嵌着させるもので、かくすると
きは、該バーナトツプ3によつて立上り片5b,
5bの上端縁を押えられて制御板5は定められた
位置に不動に固定される。尚制御板部5aの両側
を一折起して立上り片5b,5bを形成し、該立
上り片5b,5bを上方に至るに従い両外側に開
くようにすれば、これをバーナ本体1内に挿着す
るとき該立上り片5b,5bがバーナ本体1内面
に弾着してその固定をより確実にすることが出来

通部と対向する部分のみに制御板5を備えるもの
にあつても単にガスバーナ本体1内に制御板5を
挿着するのみで簡単にこれを定められた位置に不
動に組付け得られるため、その組付分解が簡単に
行い得られ、きわめて取扱いの簡単なガスバーナ
