Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 固形材料を加熱するのに使用するハウジングと、該
ハウジングの上部内に固形材料を供給する供給機構と、
夫々のとい内に配設した複数のスクリュコンベアを有し
て、ハウジングの下部から加熱した固形材料を取出す取
出機構と、ハウジングに加熱ガスを供給して、固形材料
を上記供給機構から取出機構に向けて移動中に該固形材
料を加熱する手段とを備えた固形材料の断片を加熱する
炉において、上記複数のスクリュコンベア22をハジン
グ1内に向けて傾斜状に延ばしてスクリュコンベアの内
端部が、該スクリュコンベアがハウジングの壁部を貫通
する部分よりも高いハウジング内の位置に配設されるよ
うに形成し、以って重力と上記の複数の傾斜状スクリュ
コンベアとの組合わせ作用によって、加熱された固形材
料をハウジングから取出したことを特徴とする固形材料
の断片を加熱する炉。 2 等角度的に間隔をあけた四つの傾斜状スクリュコン
ベアをハウジング内に向けて延ばした実用新案登録請求
の範囲第1項記載の炉。 3 上記夫々のスクリュコンベア22を、ハウジング1
の断面積内にその少なくとも一部を配設してほぼ垂直状
に延びるダクト28に解放した実用新案登録請求の範囲
第1項又は第2項いずれか記載の炉。 4 ハウジング1の外方に延びた上記スクリュコンベア
22の下部を、ほぼ垂直状のダクト28を備えた傾斜状
ダクト27内に収容した実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項
記載の炉。 5 上記のほぼ垂直状のダクト28をスクリュコンベア
22の実質的にひれを付けていない部分において開口さ
せ、又ほぼ垂直状ダクト28と傾斜状ダクト27との合
流点の下方においてスクリュコンベア22に逆向きのひ
れ32を形成し、以って傾斜ダクト27内における熱分
解した固形材料の好ましからぬ堆積を防止した実用新案
登録請求の範囲第4項記載の炉。 6 上記の夫々のスクリュコンベア22のひれ30が、
該スクリュコンベア22の内端部からハ′ウジング1の
壁部に向けてひれのピッチ及び高さを漸増するように形
成された実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項〜第5項いずれ
か1項記載の炉。 7 加熱ガス供給手段4をとい23の下方に配設した実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項〜第6項いずれか1項記載
の炉。 8 とい23の相互間に加熱ガスを通す開口24を設け
た実用新案登録請求の範囲第7項記載の炉。 9 上記固形材料供給機構が、所定量の固形材料をハウ
ジング1内に向けて週期的に供給する装置2を備えた実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項〜も第8項いずれか1項記
載の炉。
