平面図および断面図である。 図中、１は弁箱、２はガス入口、３はガス出口、４は接
続パイプ、５はノズル、６は弁座、７は弁体、８は二次
圧室、９はダイヤフラム、１ｏは永久磁石、１１は電磁
石、１２は鉄心、１３は小孔、１４は弾性膜、１５はカ
バー、１６は小孔である。 なお、図中の同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）弁座を有する弁箱にダイヤフラムと連接してなる
    弁体を収容じ、電磁石により前記弁体を駆動して前記弁
    体と弁座の間の開口部の開度を比例的に調整し前記弁箱
    のガス出口に接続パイプを介してノズルを取り付けた比
    例制御弁において、前記接続パイプに小孔を設け、この
    小孔のまわりを空間をもたせて弾性膜で覆い、さらにこ
    の弾性膜を空間をもたせてカバーで覆うとと− もに、
    このカバーに大気に通じる小孔を設けたーことを特徴と
    する比例制御弁。
  2. （２）弾性膜は、ゴム膜で形成されたことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の比例制御弁。
