Vベルト1が構成される。 Conventional V-belts include those shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. As shown in FIG. 1, the V-belt 1 includes two pulleys 2 with variable V-shaped groove intervals.
The V-belt 1 is composed of an endless annular layered band 4 and a large number of blocks 5 connected to the layered band 4. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the block 5 has a substantially trapezoidal plate shape with slopes 5a that contact the pulleys on both sides, and a groove in the upper part for coupling with the layered band 4. A portion 5b is formed. Note that a support pin 5e is attached to the upper part of the groove 5b after being combined with the layered band 4. The block 5 has a cylindrical projection 5c on one side.
and a circular hole depression 5d in the same position on the other side.
By sequentially fitting the protrusions 5c and the recesses 5d, adjacent blocks 5 are positioned. The V-belt 1 is constructed by assembling a large number of such blocks 5 adjacent to each other over the entire circumference of the layered band 4.

あつた。 However, in such a conventional V-belt, as mentioned above, the protrusions 5c and depressions 5d for aligning the blocks 5 with each other are provided by press working on the parallel plane parts of the blocks, so that the planes of the parallel plane parts are In order to ensure the accuracy, the protrusion 5c or the depression 5 must be
It was necessary to make the distance from the outer periphery of d to the end face of the block at least half the thickness of the block. That is, it was necessary to satisfy l≧1/2t. For this reason,
As the plate thickness t of the block increases, it is necessary to increase the widthwise dimension of the parallel plane portion. Therefore,
When the width W of the block is constant, as the plate thickness t of the block increases, the dimension of the parallel plane part increases, and the width B of the layered band has to be reduced (the width W of the block depends on the size of the pulley). (The thickness of the block is determined by the size of the block and cannot be increased freely, and the thickness t of the block must also be greater than a certain value in order to resist the pressing force of the pulley.) As a result, the strength of the layered band 4 becomes smaller than the tensile stress that acts on it, resulting in insufficient durability.

After the layered band 12 is assembled to 1b, support pins 11c are driven into both guide walls 11x and 11y to prevent the block 11 from falling off. A concave portion 11d and a convex portion 11e are provided at corresponding positions on the front and rear surfaces of both guide walls 11x and 11y, respectively. The convex portion 11d and the concave portion 11e are formed by press working, and extend linearly from one edge to the other edge of the guide walls 11x and 11y. Further, the convex portions 11d and 11e are inclined so that the guide walls 11x, 11y, and 11e are not parallel to each other.

Since the concave portion of the front block and the convex portion of the rear block fit into each other in sequence, the blocks 11 are reliably aligned. By assembling the blocks 11 all around the layered band 12 in this way, the V-belt 10 is completed.

The friction force between one pulley and the slope of the block is transmitted through the block, and the other pulley is driven by the friction force between the slope of the block. A portion where the V-belt 10 is linear (i.e., a portion not in contact with pulleys 2 and 3)
Here, the convex portions and concave portions of each block fit into each other and are aligned. In the curved portions of the V-belt 10 (ie, the portions in contact with the pulleys 2 and 3), the convex portions and concave portions of each block are disconnected, and each block is inclined along the circumference of the pulley. However, each block 11 is held by the layered band 12 by the support pin 11c and will not fall off.

効果が得られる。 As explained above, according to the present invention, convex portions and concave portions that extend continuously from one edge of the guide wall to the other edge are provided at corresponding positions on the front and rear surfaces of the guide walls on both sides of the block body, respectively. The protrusions and recesses on one guide wall and the recesses on the other guide wall are arranged so that they are non-parallel to each other, and the protrusions on the rear block fit into the recesses on the front block. Since each block is sequentially aligned and assembled into a layered band, the width of the layered band is no longer restricted by positioning protrusions and recesses as in the past, and the width of the layered band is This makes it possible to use a layered band with a wider width than conventional ones, and the alignment of the blocks is reliably maintained due to the engagement of the non-parallel protrusions and recesses with each other, ensuring sufficient durability. The effect is that it can be secured.

Protrusions and recesses that extend are provided, and the protrusions and recesses are arranged so that those on one guide wall and those on the other guide wall are non-parallel to each other. A V-belt characterized by sequentially arranging each block so that the convex parts fit into each other and assembling it into a layered band. 2. Claims for Utility Model Registration: The front and rear surfaces of the guide wall provided with the above-mentioned convex and recessed portions are constructed so as to be in close contact with the rear and front surfaces of the guide walls of adjacent blocks when the blocks are assembled into a layered band. V-belt described in the first mechanism.
