    り、第一の放電極と第一の集じん極を配置した粒子荷電
    部と、高電圧を印加する平板状電極と、この平板状電極
    に対向した第二の集じん極から成る第一の集じん部と前
    記第一の集じん部の後流側に第二の放電極と第三の集じ
    ん極とから成る第二の集じん部とを設けたことを特徴と
    する電気集じん装置。
