【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は機枠1に設けた主コンベヤ2に海苔品質
検出装置3,3を配設し、同主コンベヤ2と交差
する選別海苔移送コンベヤ4を上記主コンベヤ2
よりも若干低水準位置に設け、かつ同移送コンベ
ヤ4を上記検出装置3,3の信号により昇降可能
に形成し、上記主コンベヤ2の未選別海苔5供給
側上部に所定間隔tを介してコロナ放電による静
電気除去装置6を支持し、かつ同除去装置6より
上記主コンベヤ2に向つてコロナ放電を行う構成
よりなる不良海苔選別装置に関するものである。
海苔品質検出装置3は第1図および第2図に示す
ように複数個のフオトトランジスタを並設した光
源部3′と受光部3″とよりなり、上記主コンベヤ
2の移行方向と直交方向にそれぞれ上下に対向し
て設けたものである。主コンベヤ2は第1図に示
すように4個のコンベヤよりなり、これらのコン
ベヤ間にそれぞれ間隙を形成して選別海苔移送コ
ンベヤ4を昇降可能に交差させる。選別海苔移送
コンベヤ4は第2図に示すように上記主コンベヤ
2との交差部の両側にそれぞれ昇降ローラー7,
7を配設したものである。静電気除去装置6は高
圧ケーブル8に多数の針状電極を列設したもの
で、同高圧ケーブル8は第1図に示すように高電
圧発生装置(高圧トランス内蔵)9に接続され
る。そして上記高圧ケーブル8に高電圧を印加す
ると上記除去装置6から上記主コンベヤ2に向つ
てコロナ放電が生じて空気中にイオンを生成し上
記コンベヤ2によつて連続移送される乾燥未選別
海苔5およびコンベヤ2が帯電した静電気を中和
除去することができる。尚図中10で示すものは
上記除去装置6の支持板、11はフオトトランジ
スタによる上記未選別海苔5の供給間隔検出装
置、12は上記検出装置3,3の支持板、13は
上記未選別海苔5の開閉ストツパー、14は同ス
トツパー13の前部における選別海苔検出装置、
15は不良海苔5′の収容ホツパー、16は電動
機軸に設けたスプロケツト、17は駆動チエー
ン、18は上記主コンベヤ2の駆動軸19に設け
たスプロケツト、20は同軸19に設けたベルト
駆動ローラー、21は従動ローラー、22は駆動
ベルト、23は上記除去装置6の電源用ケーブ
ル、24は同装置6のスイツチ、25は同ケーブ
ル23の電源コンセントである。

ンベヤ4が第1図に示す仮想線位置に上昇して選
別海苔(良品)5″を第2図に示す矢印b方向に
移送する。又上記通過中に孔あき又は破れ等が透
過光により検出されると上記移送コンベヤ4は上
昇することなく上記ストツパー13が上記検出装
置3,3の信号により開いて不良海苔5′を不良
海苔収容ホツパー15内に移送する。このように
して上記未選別海苔5を選別することができる。
