来のマーキング法は、酸化液を使用した電気的腐
食によるものであるので、次のような欠点および
諸問題があつた。すなわち、鋼板を素手で取扱う
ために鋼板取扱い作業の標準作業が守れなく、電
気系統のものを素手で取扱うために標準作業が困
難となる。また酸化剤を取扱うために皮膚に炎症
をおこすばかりでなく、焼付準備に多くの時間が
かかり、かつ、焼付用フイルムの破損が早いため
にコスト的に高いものとなるうえ、写しの不具合
によつて鋼板の無駄が発生し、しかも、焼付時に
使用する補助材が無駄になる。

いケガキ用の突起を有するケガキ治具とからな
り、前記貫通孔の孔径は0〜+0.02mmの寸法許容
差内にあり、前記ケガキ治具の軸径は−0.02〜−
0.04mmの寸法許容差内にあるように構成したこと
を特徴とする。こゝで、前記貫通孔の孔径および
ケガキ治具の軸径の寸法許容差を定めたのは、貫
通孔に嵌合するケガキ治具の円滑な回転を保証す
るためであり、前記許容差を外れた場合には、該
ケガキ治具の円滑な回転を保証できなくなる。

キング方式でないため、鋼板取扱いの不具合や作
業員の皮膚の炎症などの問題がなく、標準作業が
可能となり、また焼付け用フイルムや酸化液およ
び中和液などの補助材の削減ができ、コスト的に
も、きわめて有利である。
