Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、日常生活に欠かす事の出来ない炊事、中で
も米の研ぎ洗いが毎日行なわれて居り、それを簡単な操
作で短時間に米の研ぎ洗いが出来る様考案した器具であ
る。
炊飯器の内釜に米を取入れ第２図で示す採番と器具をセ
ットし、水道の蛇口を開けるとホースを伝わり管の先端
部（直径５皿の小さい穴）より強く水が出て容器の底に
当り、逆に水がはね上がり逆噴水型水流が発生する。そ
の水流に巻込まれた米が互いにもみ合いながら研ぎ洗い
が行なわれる。上蓋は透明な素材を用い中の状態を見易
くし、研ぎ白水は側面部の細い網目より流れ出る様に考
案した。
この研ぎ洗い器に使用する水圧は３ｋｇ／ｃｍ２（一般
家庭用）の水圧で充分である。
以上この発明は、炊事中の手の荒れを防ぎ更に時間、水
等を節約する効果がある。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 水道の水圧、水流を利用し米洗い容器内に 逆噴水型水流を発生させ、手を濡さず米を研ぎ洗いする
    器具。
