Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）表裏板面に励振用電極を形成した圧電体と、この
    圧電体の板面に上記励振用電極に対して間隙を存して形
    成し質量付加効果によって周波数調整を行なう薄膜とを
    具備する、圧電共振子。
  2. （２）特許請求の範囲第１項記載のものにおいて、圧電
    体はＡＴカットの厚みすべり振動が励起される圧電体で
    あることを特徴とする圧電共振子。
  3. （３）特許請求の範囲第１項記載のものにおいて、圧電
    子は、モノリシツクフィルタ用として複数組の電極が形
    成されてあることを特徴とする圧電共振子。
